The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Quraniyah is a mixed district in south Jeddah with shops at street level and flats above them, sitting between the port and heavy goods roads. The dust here is darker and oilier than anywhere in north Jeddah, a blend of diesel soot and workshop grit that clings to every bathroom surface. Coastal humidity adds mould in the grout and a stale smell in corners that lingers even after ventilation.
Soot clings to curtains, window sills and bathroom surfaces and resists normal mopping. Grout lines blacken from soot and mould combined, and a musty smell remains trapped even after windows are opened. For the method itself, see the full bathroom cleaning page.
Heavy goods roads near Al Quraniyah release thick soot particles constantly. This soot does not dissolve in water. It adheres to glass and metal fixtures and forms a black greasy coating. Ordinary mopping cannot remove it. Deep cleaning using specialist products is the only solution.
Grout here is black from soot deposits combined with mould from humidity. Each darkens individually, and together they create a stubborn layer. We soak them with specialist products and remove both without harsh scrubbing that might damage aged tile.
Coastal humidity mixed with soot creates a stubborn musty smell. Drains trap it effectively. Poor ventilation in small flats slows the escape of this odour. Deep drain and corner cleaning removes the smell source, but you need to open windows regularly to prevent its return.
Al Quraniyah is an established residential district in south Jeddah between the port and industrial areas on one side, and Al Khumrah on the other. Apartment blocks and rented flats dominate. Heavy goods vehicles pass nearby, so dust is black and oily.
Surfaces here are covered in oily soot that requires soaking before cleaning. We test the product on a small hidden area first before full application to surfaces.
Limescale mixes with soot here. We remove both using a specialist product that works on the combination without damaging metal or glass fixtures.
Grout lines are black from soot and mould together. We soak them and clean each line individually with care, never using force that might damage older tile.
Glass and mirrors are cloudy from soot and scale combined. We clean top to bottom carefully to avoid transferring soot onto already cleaned surfaces.
Basin and bath have soot and grey deposits. We clean them inside and outside using products safe for ceramic and porcelain finishes.
Drains and lower corners are packed with soot and mould. We clean thoroughly and check water flow is restored before finishing the job.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Al Quraniyah sits near Al Qurayniyah Market which serves the district and the schools around it. We reach you via Al Lith Road, the main street that runs past the market and through the neighbourhood. Homes here are closely built, so we locate your address easily.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Quraniyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
