We treat the incense, not mask it
Bakhoor residue is cleaned out of the seating and curtains and off the walls, so fresh oud is not sitting on months of old smoke.

Al Masarrah is a quiet residential subdivision in south Jeddah, set back from the coast and heavy traffic. New villas sit among undeveloped plots with clean air and space between them. Majlis rooms here are naturally cleaner but fine dust from vacant land and bare streets needs regular sweeping before guests arrive.
Air in Al Masarrah is cleaner than elsewhere in south Jeddah because it sits away from the coast and heavy traffic, but wide vacant land carries fine dust that moves on the wind. For the method itself, see our guide to majlis and diwaniya cleaning.
Al Masarrah is in the south but away from the polluted coast and truck traffic routes. The air here is much cleaner and smells far lighter than other coastal south Jeddah districts.
Villas sit well spaced with open land between them. This lets air move freely and ventilation works better, though fine dust from the ground still enters the majlis.
The absence of heavy smoke or industrial dust means surfaces and fabrics get soiled more slowly. But fine dust from open land still needs regular sweeping.
A quiet residential subdivision in south Jeddah, set back from the coast, with villas and undeveloped residential land plots side by side. Residents describe it as calm with pleasant weather and note it lies toward the southern corniche, though lighting, paving and utilities remain incomplete in parts.
Ceilings and high corners carry light fine dust needing top-to-bottom cleaning with soft motions.
New surfaces and furniture trap fine dust from open land; light dusting and sensitive wiping are enough.
Glass and mirrors are generally clean here; we rub them gently to lift any fine dust.
New floors need dry sweeping before mopping so dust does not turn to mud on marble.
The guest bathroom is clean and needs no special care, just simple routine cleaning.
Ventilation is easy and air is clean; we open doors and windows freely without fear of heavy smoke or smell.
Seating, carpet, curtains and surfaces, before anything starts, so we agree the scope and what the price covers.
Majlis seating and curtains vary from cotton to velvet and heavy weaves, and they do not take the same heat or product.
Before any water, on the seating and the carpet both.
Gahwa, cardamom and food are not one problem.
We choose the method after seeing each piece, loosen what has bound into the seating and carpet, and extraction pulls it straight back out with the water, in one pass, so nothing is left soaking in the foam.
We go back through the room with you.

We test the fabric on a hidden spot before we clean it.
The company runs several teams, and we send a team rather than one person.
If the seating needs reupholstering rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Masarrah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
