The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Marefah is a new development in northern Jeddah near Obhur, where ongoing construction and vacant plots surround new apartment blocks and villas. Bathrooms here are modern but surrounded by building sites and dust, roof tank water leaves grey sediment deposits, and vacant lots and dirt roads nearby bring fine dust indoors. Winter rains mix with dust to breed mould quickly. A brand new bathroom in an active building zone needs a different cleaning strategy than one in a completed district.
New bathrooms here face challenges from fine construction dust settling on surfaces and grey sediment deposits from newly filled roof tanks. For the method itself, see the full bathroom cleaning page.
New roof tank water leaves a grey film on basins, shower screens and bath edges. The sediment is fine but builds up, and needs specialist product to remove without scratching fresh white surfaces.
Empty plots and dirt roads around the district bring fine dust that enters the bathroom easily. Dust settles on surfaces, mirrors and glass, and daily cleaning becomes exhausting work.
Fine dust works into grout joints, and winter damp or extra humidity creates conditions for fast mould growth. A new bathroom can blacken in the joints within weeks.
Al Marefah sits in northeast Jeddah within the wider Obhur and Taybah area, with ongoing construction and empty plots between new homes, served by the Jeddah Madinah Road.
New tile and ceramic are clean but carry fine construction dust, so we test the surface first and choose a gentle product suited to brand new finishes.
New taps and fittings are bright but covered with grey sediment from water, so we remove deposits carefully without scratching the new chrome or coating.
Grout between tiles is clean but dust darkens it quickly, so we clear grout deeply of fine dust particles.
New glass and mirrors are bright but dust settles fast, so we clean them until transparent and recommend regular light wiping.
Toilet, basin and bath are new but carry sediment and dust, so we clean outside and inside together.
Drain and ventilation are new and intact, so we confirm they are clear of any building debris or construction dust.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Jeddah Madinah Road passes near Al Marefah carrying heavy construction traffic, while Abhor Mall marks the district boundary on the other side. Active building between these two points means bathrooms need more frequent cleaning than those in completed neighbourhoods.
We provide these in Al Marefah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
