The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Tabah is a new district in the north Jeddah extension, with modern villas and apartment buildings on wide streets, and bathrooms here collect fine sand from gardens and courtyards plus faint salt film from coastal air. Sand and limescale together need specialist treatment.
Fine sand leaves white rings on tile from sprinkler water, which is a completely different problem than city centre silt and diesel soot. For the method itself, see our bathroom cleaning service in detail.
Most villas in Tabah have a garden or courtyard, and fine sand travels in on footsteps. This grit scratches tile and marble if not swept before mopping. New floors scratch easily from sand even though they look robust. Careless mopping grinds sand into surfaces.
Irrigation water sprays dry on tile and leaves thick white rings from hard water lime. Quick mopping clears the surface but the scale stays locked in the pores. Deep cleaning removes scale from deep in the tile and grout.
Close to the beach and creek, salt air deposits on outer window glass and outdoor cushions and awnings, stiffening and soiling fabric. Deep cleaning removes salt but return is fast in this location because the air is salt-laden.
Close to Wadi Obhur and the Obhur area, this is a newly released district, and most homes have a garden or courtyard that brings fine sand in on shoes, leaving trails and deposits.
New marble and porcelain may have a protective factory coating that needs testing before strong descaler is used.
Scale on metal fittings is soaked carefully, and sand may be trapped in it and removed gently.
New grout lines may have sand trapped deep inside from irrigation, which needs careful cleaning.
Mirrors and glass may have a faint salt film that specialist cleaning removes without scratching.
Basin, toilet and bath may have sand in them; careful cleaning removes sand without scratching surfaces.
Floor drain may contain sand from irrigation; it is inspected and carefully cleared.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Tabah is located on the Jeddah Madinah Road, and Al Iman Park nearby clearly marks the district. Most addresses are easily reached from the main road, and interior streets are wide and well marked.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Tabah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
