The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Ammariyah is an old district in central Jeddah with apartment blocks on a tight grid of narrow aged streets, and bathrooms here carry decades of limescale buildup on original pipework and deep mould in grout from sustained moisture. Daily wiping cannot reach what has accumulated below the surface.
Scale on taps becomes very thick over decades and returns quickly after cleaning because hard water never stops, and rust from original pipes releases sediment into every fixture. For the method itself, see what bathroom cleaning involves.
Original copper and iron pipes in these old buildings release rust sediment that is very thick and well established. Rust has accumulated not over months but over the entire life of the building. Deep cleaning removes rust from surfaces and from pores and tight spaces around aerators and outlets. But rust will return because the pipes themselves are the source.
Grout lines hold brown and black mould that has colonised the joints over many years, not weeks. Mould penetrates deep into the grout where water never fully dries. Each joint needs intensive treatment, especially in corners and edges where moisture lingers longest and mould grows thickest.
Al Matar Street and the narrow streets around the district carry fine black dust that bonds to glass, curtains and every surface when humidity is high. Tight spaces and narrow streets funnel air and dust into the flats. Small cramped bathrooms trap this dust quickly.
Close to Eve Cemetery and situated on tight narrow streets with original pipework from the building's age, the district is surrounded by main roads like Al Matar Street and Khalid ibn Al Walid Street that carry heavy street dust into the flats.
Very old terrazzo and aged ceramic floors are smooth and potentially fragile; cleaning must be done carefully to avoid further damage.
Scale on very old metal fittings is soaked longer because deposits are thick and have hardened over many decades.
Deep old grout holds decades of mould and needs intensive treatment with dwell time, not quick scrubbing.
Mirrors and glass may have permanent spotting from many years of hard water and mineral staining.
Very old basins and fixtures hold deep rust and scale in tight spaces that require careful detailed work.
Drains in old central buildings may be narrow and aged; cleaning removes blockages but structural issues are outside the scope.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Ammariyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
