The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Kandarah is a central commercial mix where shops and offices occupy the ground floor under residential units. Plumbing here is old and leaves rust marks in basins, limescale on older taps is thick and heavy, and grout lines hold fine black dust from the main roads. A daily wipe lifts the top layer but not the dust and rust locked underneath.
Taps here carry decades of limescale buildup, and old marble and ceramic basins show brown rust marks from the original metal pipework that once fed them. For the method itself, see what bathroom cleaning involves.
Al Kandarah carries water and drainage pipes from decades past. Original metals deposit grey and brown rust sediment that looks like grime on sinks and basins. This is not a cleaning failure but a natural result of hard water on old pipes. Removing rust requires products designed for rust removal without damaging the surface below.
Al Kandarah sits on main arterial roads. Fine black dust from vehicle and truck exhaust enters every building and lodges in tile grout. This dust mixes with humidity and mould and darkens grout fast. Rinsing alone does not work; each grout line needs to be cleaned individually and allowed to dry fully.
Old taps and fittings carry white thick limescale built over years. Simple descaler does not penetrate these heavy layers. Al Kandarah bathrooms need strong descaler left to soak for extended periods, followed by careful hand scrubbing that does not scratch the plated chrome underneath.
A central district in south Jeddah on King Fahd Road, mixing older villas and apartment buildings with the Kandarah Souq, hotels, and dense shops along Old Makkah Road and King Khalid Road.
Old surfaces here are sensitive to some products, so we test on a hidden spot first, especially old chrome and thin original coatings that scratch easily with strong chemicals.
Limescale layers are thick from decades of accumulation, so we apply strong descaler and leave it to soak for an extended period before scrubbing, rather than scrubbing hard from the start.
Grout lines here are packed with fine black dust from main roads mixed with mould, so we target dust and mould removal together, cleaning individual grout lines and allowing full drying between sections.
Glass and mirrors have layers of both fine dust and limescale together, so we remove scale first with descaler, then dust with a separate cleaning product, to avoid mixing the two treatments.
Toilets and basins carry brown rust inside from aged water pipes, so we use a rust remover product rather than general limescale descaler to treat the specific type of discolouration.
Drainage carries layers of rust and old sediment, so ventilation after cleaning is essential to dry the pipes and disperse the metallic smell trapped inside the old piping system.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Al Kandarah sits on King Fahd Road in central Jeddah between dense shops on Old Makkah Road and King Khalid Road, home to the Kandarah Souq, hotels and the central hospital. Bathrooms here are older and demand careful handling of heavy deposits and original plumbing systems.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Kandarah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
