We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Tadamun is a new quiet villa district in inland south east Jeddah, each residence with its own pool and garden, homes spaced between the sea and the Middle Ring Road. A yacht berthed here sits beside a villa with a private pool, absorbing sea salt from the winds, sleeping next to chlorinated pool water that releases faint chemical vapours. Salt, chlorine and moisture from the nearby sea converge here, demanding specialised cleaning.
The villas here with private pools release faint chlorine vapours that penetrate the yacht and cabins, leaving odour in stored fabrics. For the method itself, see what yacht cleaning involves.
The villa and pool beside the yacht release high humidity mixed with salty sea breeze, creating a damp environment that speeds mildew growth and metal corrosion.
Chlorinated pools release faint chemical vapours that enter yacht openings and windows, settling as stubborn odour in furnishings, curtains and closed lockers.
Spaced villas between the sea and the ring road allow salty sea breezes to flow with force, carrying higher moisture than denser districts.
An administratively defined residential district in the inland stretch of south Jeddah east of Al Khumrah, within the area served by Al Lith Road and the Middle Ring Road, with newer villas with private pools at low residential density.
Exterior washing needs warm fresh water with a neutral product to lift salt without reacting with residual chlorine.
Teak swells in concentrated humidity, so maintain air circulation and never seal hatches.
Cabins need deep cleaning and very strong ventilation to remove chlorine smell from every surface and fabric.
The galley needs repeated washing because pool moisture and salt together leave a film.
The bathroom needs very intense drying because concentrated moisture pools there, requiring extended airing.
Furnishings absorb chlorine smell and salt together, so wash with a specialist product and air-dry away from the villa.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
Cleaning is scheduled by villa position relative to Al Lith Road from the east and the Middle Ring Road from the west, so we understand how humidity and salt distribute around the specific berth.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Tadamun too, and more than one can share a single visit.
