We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Taawun is a new development on the southern fringe of Jeddah between Al Khumrah and Al Sanabil, with new housing schemes and vacant land, and construction scattered between homes and rest houses. The environment is completely mixed, dust from ongoing building mixes with heavy soot from the roads and the southern port, and coastal humidity keeps surfaces and fabrics damp longer than northern neighbourhoods.
Dust here is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit and coastal humidity together, leaving greasy residue on surfaces and glass. For the method itself, see the full yacht cleaning page.
South Jeddah sits between the port and the main road. Soot here is oily and heavy, a blend of truck diesel and workshop particles. It clings to fabrics, curtains and window glass. Plain water spreads it, not clears it. We need a product that breaks down oily soot before rinsing can work.
Building in the district is continuous, and open land generates fine dust mixed with soot. New homes and fresh floors get dirty much faster, and surfaces need frequent rinsing. Building may end but its marks remain on homes for weeks.
Proximity to sea and port means high humidity. Fabrics stay damp longer, and mould appears fast in cabins and corners. Deep drying after washing is essential before sealing, or moisture returns within days and mould sets in.
Al Taawun sits on the Al Laith Road south of Jeddah near Al Khumrah, a newly developing district with the Ministry scheme and building ongoing between open land. The location is between the industrial port and the sea directly.
Fresh water rinse needs a product that breaks down oily soot first, then medium-pressure rinsing to avoid spreading grease across surfaces.
Teak is scarce here but new surfaces exist, and keeping shine means protection from both soot and salt working together.
Cabins under humidity and soot need deep ventilation and complete drying before sealing.
The galley holds both soot smell and cooking grease together, deep cleaning and rapid drying are essential.
The onboard washroom under high humidity shows scale and mould faster than northern sites.
Outdoor cushions and seating under soot and humidity need frequent washing and rapid drying to prevent musty odour forming.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
The team reaches you via the Al Laith Road or Al Hussein ibn Ali Street depending on home location. Rawdat Al Taawun scheme is a landmark nearby, the main street is clear and access is straightforward despite ongoing building activity.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Taawun too, and more than one can share a single visit.
