We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Sanabel is a new district on Al Laith Road south of Jeddah, still under construction with vacant land around it. A yacht here sits close to sea salt and workshop dust and industrial haze, and diesel soot from heavy traffic settles on every surface. Cleaning needs fine removal of this oily grit and restoration of shine to new finishes.
Workshop dust and diesel deposit fast on new yachts here, leaving oily marks on white surfaces and glass before they dry fully. For the method itself, see the full yacht cleaning page.
Al Sanabel sits close to the Industrial City and heavy goods routes. Diesel soot mixes with workshop dust to form an oily film on every surface, clings to fabrics and leaves black spots on glass and marble that water alone cannot shift.
The shore is close, and humidity is high with sea salt in the air. Cabins absorb salt and moisture together, leaving mildew smell and corrosion around metal fittings and hinges.
New yachts in Al Sanabel have glossy surfaces and clear glass. Industrial grit dulls this shine fast. Cleaning must remove grit without scratching new paint and protective coatings.
Al Sanabel is a new district on Al Laith Road between Al Ajawid and the Industrial City, with new housing and apartment buildings on Al Sanabil Main Street and Prince Abdulmajid Street.
Diesel soot needs warm water and grease-cutting solutions before a fresh water rinse clears it fully.
New teak in this area is bright and needs no sanding, only gentle wet cleaning.
New cabins need full ventilation from day one to stop humidity settling in.
New galleys need caution with strong solutions on fresh paint and fixtures.
New washrooms are clean at first but Gulf salt deposits on them fast.
New soft furnishings need gentle washing the first time with no hard wringing.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
Al Sanabel district stretches along Al Laith Road and is organised around Al Sanabil Main Street and the primary care centre. We arrive from Al Laith Road and arrange entry close to Al Usaimi Mosque and Al Sanabil Park, where marinas and berthing points are closest.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Sanabel too, and more than one can share a single visit.
