We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Al Sanabel is a new district in south Jeddah on Al Laith Road between Al Ajawid and the Industrial City, with new villas and apartments. Being in south Jeddah means the dust is oilier than in the north: a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit from the industrial area and heavy traffic. Coastal humidity causes mould to appear faster in bathrooms and stored fabrics than in districts further inland.
New villas here collect oily dust from the roads and workshop area much faster than northern districts, and new polished floors lose their shine noticeably quickly. For the method itself, see what villa cleaning involves.
Al Laith Road and proximity to the Industrial City generate heavy oily dust that is not ordinary sand but diesel soot and metal particles from the workshops. It clings to curtains, windows and floors, leaving stains that ordinary washing cannot remove. The dust is finer than sand and deposits on horizontal surfaces within hours.
South Jeddah is close to the coast and the port, and high humidity causes mould to form rapidly in bathrooms, cupboards and stored fabrics, sometimes within weeks of cleaning. Despite the villa being new, mould appears faster here than in districts further inland away from sea air.
Many vacant plots between new homes and active construction work generate additional dust that enters through windows, doors and courtyards. This dust problem is worst in summer when desert winds blow through the district carrying fine particles from construction sites and bare ground.

Light fittings, fans and air conditioning units gather oily dust that is hard to remove with ordinary cloth. We use specialist equipment and soft brushes to lift the grease from wires and motors without damaging them.
The stairwell and handrail pick up hand marks and heavy dust very quickly, especially if the stairs are marble or polished porcelain. Weekly cleaning and specialist polish keep them looking new.
The main kitchen takes grease from cooking, and oily dust from outside adds a further layer. We focus on removing accumulated grease from work surfaces and upper cabinet fronts with a degreaser.
Bathrooms develop mould and limescale rapidly because coastal humidity and heavy minerals in the water work together. Corners, glass and mirrors need specialist treatment because mould penetrates them fast.
Windows and their tracks collect oily dust from the road and desert, and the sills need deep cleaning every three weeks because the oily layer is hard to remove with plain water.
The entrance and thresholds develop black stains from oily dust very quickly, especially if the floor is marble or polished porcelain. We focus on cleaning the gaps around the frame and the bottom edge of the door with a degreaser.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.
Al Sanabel sits on Al Laith Road and is bordered by Al Usaimi Mosque on one side and the Industrial City on the other. The location means access routes run through Al Sanabil Main Street, and the oily dust from the industrial zone requires regular attention to entry points and external surfaces to prevent it spreading through the villa.
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.
The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Sanabel too, and more than one can share a single visit.
