A team arrives together
We send a team, not a single person, so rooms are cleaned in parallel and the whole home is finished in one visit instead of stretched across days.
Al Aqeeq is a new development subdivision of Obhur Al Shamaliyah in north Jeddah, part of a new urban extension mostly made up of newly released land and new homes. Ongoing construction surrounds the area. North Jeddah means marble and porcelain, luxury curtains and fine finishes, and new homes arrive pristine from the builder.
Fine sand from gardens and active construction sites enters homes quickly, and new marble and porcelain floors need specialist care to prevent sand from clogging pores. For the method itself, see what house cleaning involves.
Workshop dust and sand from building sites spread constantly. New homes have large windows and open interiors, so dust enters easily. Sand slides on marble and porcelain, then lodges in pores when it dries. We sweep dry first without water to prevent sand sticking to wet surfaces.
Most villas have courtyards and small gardens. Fine sand clings to shoes and furniture legs, and trails across marble floors. Long curtains pick it up from the air. We clean gently to avoid scratching new surfaces, and focus on vacuum extraction before any wet cleaning.
Homes are brand new and the factory finish is pristine. Strong cleaner scratches marble or weakens porcelain's protective layer. We use only pH-balanced solutions designed for new luxury surfaces, never heavy-duty degreasers.

Construction dust and sand from courtyards settle first, so we sweep thoroughly dry before using water to prevent sand adhering to damp surfaces and hardening.
Bathrooms in new villas are pristine but courtyard humidity affects them, so we use very mild sanitiser and dry completely to prevent any mildew marking the new finishes.
New kitchens are clean but airborne sand settles on surfaces, so we clean with gentle pH-balanced solution and dry immediately before water carries sand into pores.
New marble and porcelain floors need immediate dry sweeping followed by gentle mopping and complete drying, never heavy solution or vigorous wiping that damages the finish.
Glass and mirrors are brand new, so we use mild cleaner and dry thoroughly without repeated wiping which would scratch new glass coating if present.
Door handles, light switches and new appliance surfaces are delicate, so we sanitise with very mild solution and dry immediately to protect new finishes and avoid water marks.
Before anything, we go through each room, note what matters to you, and flag anything that is out of scope.
High shelves, ledges, and frames before lower surfaces.
Counters, cabinet fronts, and appliance exteriors are degreased while the floor is still untouched.
Product goes on the tiles, toilet, and shower and is left to work while we clean elsewhere, then scrubbed.
Grit is vacuumed up before any water touches the floor, because mopping over grit drags it around and scratches.
We go through the home with you before the team packs up.

Vacuums, degreasers, and supplies come with the team.
You approve the number at the walk-through.
If a room needs a repair or a different service rather than a clean, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
In a new-development area like Al Aqeeq where construction is ongoing and all homes are brand new, the environment is dust-heavy but the homes are fragile.
We provide these in Al Aqeeq too, and more than one can share a single visit.
