We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Abeer is a subdivision of Obhur Al Shamaliyah in north Jeddah, part of the new urban tract mostly made up of newly released residential land. North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so fine sand carried on sandals settles easily, and sprinkler spray dries to chalky rings on tiles.
Very new northern districts around Obhur blend very fine sand from brand new gardens and very faint salt from the gulf, so teams find fabrics and metals need washing that addresses both sand and salt at once. For the method itself, see our guide to yacht cleaning.
Most new villas here have gardens and courtyards, and very fine sand comes in on shoes and settles on marble and porcelain floors. The sand is very fine and light but spreads easily and scratches surfaces.
New gardens are watered daily, and irrigation spray dries on tiles and glass leaving white chalky mineral rings. These rings need very gentle scrubbing and special care to remove.
Close to the coast and creek, sea air leaves a very faint salt film on glass and outdoor fabrics and cushions. This salt is much lighter than direct coastal exposure but settles fast on soft furnishings.
Al Abeer lies within Obhur Al Shamaliyah subdivisions in north Jeddah, a very new area defined mostly by newly released residential plots with new villas and courtyards.
Fresh water rinse removes very faint salt and mineral deposits from irrigation, and initial sweeping must be very careful to protect brand new surfaces.
Teak decking traps very fine sand and faint salt; cleaning requires especially careful handling of the grain.
Cabins hold moisture from both the gulf and new gardens, so strong ventilation is absolutely essential.
The galley faces sand from new courtyards and gardens; careful detailed cleaning is necessary.
The heads hold high moisture from the gulf and new garden irrigation, so powerful ventilation is essential.
Outdoor seating and cushions trap very fine sand and faint salt together; regular cleaning and fast drying are necessary.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development here means the yacht sits in a very new villa district with brand new gardens and courtyards bringing very fine sand and very faint sea salt together. Brand new buildings may trap construction moisture alongside gulf humidity from nearby water.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Abeer too, and more than one can share a single visit.
