We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Wadi Qaws is a valley running from the Jabal Khashash range down towards the coast, and the adjoining Al Qaws district holds resthouses and open plots rather than dense building. Villas and homes sit scattered across wide land, and the dust here is finer and lighter in colour than industrial zones because heavy sources are distant. Humidity from the wadi and the coast makes dust damp and sticky, however, so it bonds hard to new surfaces.
Open ground surrounding a new villa sends light dust but damp because of wadi and sea proximity, and wind carries fine sand grains that stick fast to new glass within hours of construction work finishing. For the method itself, see what post-construction cleaning involves.
Open land around the new villa means wind carries dust and fine sand grains directly from the surrounding area. This dust is finer than industrial dust but stickier because it is damp from nearness to water. New glass dries and leaves very small white sand marks from the bond between sand and moisture.
The nearby wadi and coast send constant moisture. Dust does not stay light in the air but absorbs humidity and becomes heavy. Floors dry very slowly after washing. Bathrooms and drains develop musty smell within days of completion.
Villas sit scattered across wide land, and the internal road may be earth or unmade. Heavy equipment may need extra time to reach the site. Waste water and debris need special drainage arrangements in a rural setting away from town mains.
A rural area east of Jeddah extending along Wadi Qaws valley running from the Jabal Khashash range towards the coast, featuring a wadi flood dam, wide open land, and scattered homes set apart from each other.
Dust removed from the top down focuses on glass and windows where fine sand grains settle fast from open fields and wadi winds.
Cement and plaster spots mix with fine sand from neighbouring land, needing scrubbing and hot water rinse to clear completely.
Glass and ceramic need careful attention to remove very fine sand grains that leave white residue marks from sand bonded by damp air.
Paint spatter mixes with light sand dust from open land, requiring careful cleaning to avoid dragging fine residue across clean surfaces.
Stickers and adhesive tape carry fine sand particles, needing careful removal to ensure no sand remains trapped at the edges.
Floors come last with complete removal of sand grains and damp, followed by intensive drying to prevent mildew forming fast in the high humidity.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Your villa in Wadi Qaws may sit near Wadi Qaws Dam that protects against flooding, or along Al Qaws Street or Samir bin Jundab Street, which determines how we navigate the open land and internal roads to reach the site with our equipment.
We provide these in Wadi Qaws too, and more than one can share a single visit.
