We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Wadi Usheirah is a scattered rural settlement in the Jabal Khashash foothills, where new homes sit surrounded by vast open farmland. Building dust here mixes with farm dust and hill soil, settling heavier and denser than the gypsum found in dense city districts. The particles penetrate deeper and require different equipment and method to remove.
Dust here is much heavier than in interior districts because it carries sand and soil from surrounding vacant land and farms; mountain earth returns fast after dry sweeping and settles deeper into surfaces. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
In scattered rural areas, particles settle deeper and more densely because the air meets less obstruction. A new home surrounded by open plots draws dust from every direction, and no buildings stand between the house and the hillside. This exposure means faster, heavier settling than in compact districts where neighbours and streets deflect the flow.
Construction dust alone is manageable, but here it combines with heavier mineral particles from the hill and agricultural soil. This mixture settles deeper into floors and crevices and does not lift with ordinary water rinse. The density and weight require staged removal: suction first, scraping second, then washing the residue out.
Once cleaning is complete, wind from the hillside and nearby farms carries new dust back within days. The open space offers no windbreak, and the new home sits exposed in the centre of bare ground. Dust returns because nothing stands between the house and the dust source.
The location sits on hills within the Jabal Khashash range, with large open plots between homes and agricultural land immediately adjacent to new buildings. Moisture from the terrain and wind exposure are constant factors.
Heavy mountain dust settles from above first, so strong suction begins at ceiling and walls because particles are larger and denser than pure construction gypsum and do not float as long.
Soil crusted hard to surfaces needs stronger scraping than ordinary building dust, and hand tools are essential here to remove compacted earth from corners and floor edges where it binds tightest.
Glass and ceramic hold a grey film of mountain dust and sand that ordinary wiping leaves behind, requiring repeated washing with strong water pressure to clear the layer completely from every surface.
Paint spatter mixes with soil and sand particles, making it hard to remove with ordinary rubbing, so dry scraping followed by rinsing is the effective path to lift mixed deposits.
Stickers and adhesive bond tightly in damp, heavy-dust terrain, so extended spraying is needed before pulling to avoid leaving hardened residue glued to flooring and walls.
Floors collect more debris because of heavy soil and mountain dust, so initial washing is not enough; repeated rinsing with clean water is essential to remove all soil from grout lines and surface seams.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Rural area: farms, open ground and scattered homes
Rural means the new home stands alone in vast open land, so dust does not come from roads and traffic alone, but from hillside, farms, and natural earth all around.
We provide these in Wadi Usheirah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
