We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Rayyan is a newer apartment district east of the expressway between the air base bridge and Al Kawthar, with buildings on wide streets and orderly schemes. Construction dust here is dry and coarse because it is far from the coast, entering under doors and settling on every surface quickly. Roof tank sediment leaves a grey film in basins and sinks, and ceramic floors scratch easily if grit is not vacuumed first.
Floors in Al Rayyan are ceramic, not marble, and fine gravel scratches them if swept before vacuuming. Smoke from the concrete mixers leaves a strong smell and a grey coating on glass. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
Most apartment buildings in Al Rayyan have ceramic tile floors in the flats. Fine sand and gravel from excavation enters under doors and settles on dry floors. If we mop before full vacuum, grit goes under the mop head and scratches the tile permanently.
Ongoing sewage work leaves gaps beneath flats and raises ground moisture. Excavation smell enters homes from ventilation slots and windows. Strong ventilation is essential and an odour-fighting cleaner may be needed.
Roof tanks in Al Rayyan may be new but water in them deposits sediment. A grey film appears in basins and sinks after washing. Removing it with strong cleaner may leave white marks if not rinsed with care.
The district sits east of the expressway on level ground with wide internal streets, but drainage and sewage work is not yet complete. The air is dry and dust travels easily from a building site into the new home.
Dry coarse dust in Al Rayyan falls from above and settles on ceramic floors. We start with very strong suction, then sweep before any water touches it.
Cement residue on ceramic needs gentle scraping with pumice that does not scratch, then washing with warm water and a ceramic-safe cleaner.
Glass may carry moisture from excavation or mixer vapours. We wash with warm soapy water and repeat rinsing until vapours and moisture are gone.
Paint spatter on ceramic needs warm water first, then gentle scraping, then repeated washing without leaving cleaner to dry on the surface.
Stickers and residue on ceramic come off with warm water and patience, and soft pumice if needed, never acids that might react with old glaze.
Floors last, rinsed many times to ensure no tank sediment remains, then dried with clean cloth.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Al Rayyan is served from the Air Base Bridge and the expressway that divides it from Al Kawthar. Al Thuraya Scheme and Al Sultan Scheme mark district areas and help guide the team to different zones.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Rayyan too, and more than one can share a single visit.
