We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Mishrifah is an apartment district in central Jeddah, multi-storey residential blocks with shared entrances and simultaneous building phases. Construction here is dense and rapid, and dust clings to shared corridors, stairwells and common areas. Post-construction cleaning here takes extra effort in shared spaces before new residents move in.
Shared corridors and stairwells here collect builder's dust quickly from multiple apartments, so cleaning takes longer than individual homes. For the method itself, see the full post-construction cleaning page.
In residential apartment buildings, shared corridors and stairwells collect builder's dust from every unit on the floor. This dust accumulates faster than in individual homes and needs repeated suction to prevent it spreading between apartments.
New doors and locks in shared entrances need careful handling. Paint overspray and dust stick to metal and glass. We clean these in a way that protects modern mechanisms and hardware.
Enclosed stairwells and corridors hold moisture from cleaning water, leaving water marks and residual dirt. We dry shared areas thoroughly after washing to leave them safe and clean.
An apartment district in central Jeddah crossed by important roads including Madinah Road, King Fahd Road and Prince Majid Road, with medical complexes, shops and restaurants along Makarona Road.
Shared corridors and stairwells need top-to-bottom cleaning: we start at the top of the stairs, then walls, then the corridor floor.
Cement remnants stick hard to metal and ceramic in shared areas. We use fine scraping tools and strong suction.
Glass in entrances and windows needs extra care because it is new and mechanisms are sensitive. We wash it gently.
Paint overspray settles on metal, locks and railings. We remove it with extreme care so modern devices are not damaged.
Stickers on new doors are very strong in Mishrifah. We remove them gently with a special solution.
Stairwell and corridor floors are washed last and dried thoroughly so they are safe for new residents.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Apartment district: residential blocks, repeated floors and shared entrances
Apartments means residential blocks with repeated floors and shared entrances. Post-construction cleaning here is harder because corridors, stairs and common areas collect dust from several apartments at the same time. Noise and activity in the building during work is higher than in individual homes.
We provide these in Mishrifah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
