We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Mishrifah is a dense apartment district cut through by Madinah Road, King Fahd Road and Prince Majid Road, and dust from the street enters through every shared entrance. Villas here are smaller than upmarket districts, spaces between units are tight, and entrances are shared with ten families or more. Cleaning needs planning so the neighbours' feet do not undo what you have just washed.
Villas here sit near hospitals, schools and medical centres with heavy foot traffic on the doorstep all day, so the entrance gets dirty quickly from constant comings and goings. For the method itself, see how we approach villa cleaning.
A shared entrance used by ten flats soils from everyone's feet and from accumulated humidity. Cleaning the inside of a flat means nothing if the entrance is dirty. We clean the shared entrance first, separately from the flat itself, then protect the villa from new soil by using a side door if available.
Villas here are smaller than upmarket ones, furniture is dense and spaces are tight. Cleaning under sofas and beds needs careful lifting. We move each piece with care and put it back in the same spot after cleaning.
Walls between flats are thin and cracks are narrow. Humidity from the bathroom seeps into the wall and does not dry fast. Cooking smells cling to cracks and corners. We use air dryers and strong ventilation to push moisture out.
Mishrifah is crossed by major roads packed with cars and trucks, and dust enters the shared entrances constantly. Apartments are close together, walls are thin, and sound travels easily between units.
High surfaces in a small flat are easier to reach, and dust on them is lighter than in large villas. Cleaning them is quick but we ventilate the flat afterwards because high surfaces kick up dust.
Stairs between levels are limited in small flats, but the shared entrance needs special care. Handrails and shared doors are clean before we enter the flat.
The small kitchen needs quick emptying and deep grease cleaning. Cupboards close together take longer. Floor, walls and metal all need their own time.
The small bathroom is very humid and the space is very tight. We start by removing moisture from the wall and ceiling. Taps and floor need special products because scale is thick.
Small windows hold moisture from kitchen and bathroom. We open them and clean inside and out. Tracks and cracks need care because humidity settles in them.
The shared entrance is clean before we leave the flat. We protect the floor with coverings during moving and cleaning. We start with the shared entrance and finish there last.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.
The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
Apartment district: residential blocks, repeated floors and shared entrances
A flat in an apartment district needs careful cleaning so the shared entrance does not get dirty again while we work. We arrange entrances first, then protect the flat from resoiling as we clean.
We provide these in Mishrifah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
