We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Khaleej Salman is a coastal stretch on the Red Sea in north Jeddah, home to chalets, rest houses and land subdivisions still being developed around a shallow bay edged by coral reefs, where high humidity and salt air are constants through the year. Post-construction cleaning on the coast demands different tools and methods because salt spray and sea dust do not behave like dry building dust.
High humidity on the coast makes dust stick to surfaces instead of floating in air, and salt penetrates even tiny gaps in frames and seals, requiring cleaning again weeks later as it re forms. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
New chalets and villas in Khaleej Salman sit on the coast and take direct salt spray from sea water and coastal wind. Metal frames, doors and outdoor terraces coat with an extremely fine salt film that needs careful cleaning and cannot be removed by ordinary wiping.
High coastal humidity means salt and dust, once cleaned off, may return within hours if the surface is not dried fast. Outdoor fabrics and curtains hold salt and damp and need immediate drying after cleaning, or salt forms again as the damp evaporates.
Villas in Khaleej Salman typically have large windows and wide frames, which means more surface area exposed to salt and damp. Glass takes a white haze from sea salt within a day or two of cleaning if the surface is not sealed or maintained with fresh air flow.
Khaleej Salman sits nearly enclosed by sea on three sides, and salt spray from coral reefs and sea wind settles on glass, metals and fabrics quickly, leaving a faint white film even on surfaces that look clean.
In coastal Khaleej Salman, dust and salt settle on upper surfaces and large windows first, so we clean from the top carefully because damp makes salt sticky and hard to shift.
Cement and plaster spots on surfaces may be mixed with sea salt, scraped very carefully because metal frames and glass are easily scratched by salt crystals underneath.
Glass, tile and glossy surfaces take a very fine white salt film that is hard to see at first, cleaned with fresh water in several passes to ensure all salt is removed.
Paint spatter on outdoor and window surfaces is removed carefully because salt may lie underneath it, and rough rubbing can scratch new paint and make salt stick to roughened areas.
Protective stickers and tape are removed gently from coastal surfaces because salt may be trapped underneath, and pulling hard leaves residue behind.
Floors in coastal villas are marble or porcelain and are washed last with fresh water then dried at once because salt leaves white marks if water stays on the surface.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Khaleej Salman sits about 8.5 km from Al Shati Al Thahabi and about 11 km from Al Zumurrud.

The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Khaleej Salman too, and more than one can share a single visit.
