We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Dhahban West is an old fishing village on the Red Sea north of Jeddah, now developed into a modern resort destination. New homes here face constant salt and humidity from the sea, and the fine dust mixes with salt crystals and sand that penetrate the house quickly on windy days.
The sand in Dhahban West is fine and light and carries sea salt, so it slips under doors fast and leaves white deposits on dark surfaces that regular sweeping cannot catch. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
Sea breezes push fine salt crystals under every gap, and humidity makes them stick fast. Cleaning must remove the salt from every crack before corrosion starts, or metal frames rust within weeks.
White salt marks on marble and tile need a mild acid solvent to remove them, water and soap will not do it. Early cleaning stops the deposits from setting hard.
A new home on the coast absorbs moisture quickly into the bathroom and kitchen. Dry removal first clears the salt, then strong drying prevents mould before it starts.
The western coastal location means high daily humidity and sea salt settles on everything. Strong winds from the north push sand and salt crystals under doors and window frames, and the ground is damp even in dry seasons.
Coastal dust mixed with salt and sand is very fine, so we start with strong suction from high surfaces before any water is used.
Cement and plaster residue in Dhahban holds sea moisture, so we scrape it quickly and dry thoroughly after.
Glass and metal frames collect a layer of salt and sand, so we clean them with solvent before the final wipe.
Paint spatter in a new coastal home mixes with salt, so we remove it with mild acid solvent rather than harsh abrasives.
Stickers and adhesive on the floors trap moisture, so we remove them fast and then dry the area completely.
Marble and tile floors need a final rinse with fresh water to clear all salt residue before the drying phase.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Dhahban West sits on King Abdulaziz Road between Dhahban Park and the sea, and the work relies on knowing the homes near Durrat Al Arus Resort and the coastal streets that link the district.
We provide these in Dhahban West too, and more than one can share a single visit.
