We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Waziriyah is a compact mixed-use district south Jeddah framed by Al Falah Road and the heavy traffic routes around it, with simple flats and villas alongside apartment blocks and shops. The dust is black soot from trucks and main roads, mixed with construction dust. Older homes have plain cement floors that blacken easily, and humidity from the nearby coast adds mildew to the challenge.
Al Waziriyah is close to the Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium and King Abdulaziz Hospital on busy Al Falah Road, and the black soot is hard to remove from surfaces. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
Al Waziriyah is ringed by truck routes and continuous traffic, and diesel soot enters with building dust and bonds much harder than ordinary dust does.
Many of the older flats and villas have plain cement floors, and black soot colours them easily. The initial clean removes the surface layer only.
Al Waziriyah is close to the shore and humidity is high, so soot absorbs moisture and leaves mould smell in fabrics and carpets even after cleaning.
The district is boxed between Al Falah Road, Stadium Street and surrounding heavy traffic routes, with Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium and King Abdulaziz Hospital close by, and black dust comes from continuous truck movement.
Black soot settles from the tops of walls and terraces, so we start from the highest points and sweep heavy particles before mopping.
Cement residue on floors mixes with diesel soot and is harder, needing gentle scraping to avoid gouging the cement.
Window frames and metal edges trap black soot and need focused cleaning before glass.
Paint spatter on ceramic may be mixed with road soot particles.
Labels and adhesive in Al Waziriyah are harder to remove if they have absorbed damp and soot.
Floors need strong final rinsing to clear soot, oil and salt residues.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Al Waziriyah sits between Al Falah Road and Stadium Street, close to Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium. We reach individual flats and villas via small internal streets between these main landmarks.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Waziriyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
