We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Ghulail is an old popular district in south Jeddah under comprehensive redevelopment, where narrow lanes and broken streets and failing drainage once dominated. Its informal buildings have been cleared entirely and the land awaits new construction. The zone is under active development, and rubble from demolition mixes with fresh building dust in the air. The dust here is a compound of old building debris and new foundation dust, with damp ground from construction water, and vacant plots between new homes allow dust to drift easily between buildings.
Ground in Ghulail is damp from building water and development work, and dust is a mix of old building rubble and fresh foundation dust, with vacant plots allowing loose dust to move easily between homes. For the method itself, see the full post-construction cleaning page.
Ghulail is under redevelopment, so the dust is not ordinary construction dust but a compound of old building rubble and fresh foundation dust. This mix is heavier, darker in colour and stickier on surfaces. Suction alone may not be enough; it needs scrubbing and strong rinsing.
Surrounding ground is wet from building water and new footings, and mud mixed with moisture enters with footsteps. Floors become damp and wet dust is harder to remove than dry dust. Shared passages and stairs are caked with mud mixed with grit and dust.
Ghulail is a development zone, and vacant plots between new homes offer no wind shelter. Dust drifts easily between buildings and enters flats through windows. Doors and windows may not seal well at this stage of the project.
The quarter lies in south Jeddah near Al Mahjar Street and Al Falah Road, a formal redevelopment project that clears informal housing and rebuilds with new infrastructure.
Mixed demolition and building dust plus mud enter from vacant plots and passages; top-down removal starts at ceilings with very strong suction and scrubbing.
Cement residue mixed with mud on floors needs scraping and vigorous rubbing before rinsing can begin.
Glass and ceramic carry a layer of mixed dust and mud; haze removal requires scrubbing and repeated rinsing to clear embedded particles.
Paint spatter mixed with dust and mud needs very careful work on glossy surfaces to avoid grinding debris in during removal.
Stickers and adhesive are removed carefully from surfaces; they may be stubborn from the damp conditions.
Floors are washed with generous water and firm scrubbing to clear mud and dust, then rinsed multiple times and dried thoroughly.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Ghulail sits about 1.5 km from Al Quraiyat and about 2 km from Al Nuzlah Yamaniyah.

The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Ghulail is located near Al Mahjar Street, Omar Al Mutawa Street and Al Falah Road. From the intersection of these roads or from Al Mahjar Street, the new apartments and villas in this developing zone are easily found.
We provide these in Ghulail too, and more than one can share a single visit.
