We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Rawabi is a dense south Jeddah district: residential blocks above shops, small parks and mosques serving a large population. The defining difference here is location: south Jeddah sits between the port and industrial city on one side and heavy truck roads on the other. The dust is darker and oilier than the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit.
Flats in Al Rawabi gather diesel soot quickly on glass and fabrics and require separate grease treatment before ordinary washing can be effective. For the method itself, see what post-construction cleaning involves.
South Jeddah is close to the port, industrial city and heavy traffic routes. The dust here is not sand but black oily soot from diesel and engines. It clings to curtains and glass with a force that ordinary dust cannot match, and it requires specialist degreasers that do not leave oily residue. The grease carries diesel smell with it, and it settles on surfaces faster because it is heavier.
South Jeddah is coastal and relatively old. Humidity is high, homes are low-rise and close to water. Old bathrooms develop mildew quickly and need anti-mould treatment before the final wash. Stored fabrics pick up musty smell from moisture that rises from the ground and from poor bathroom ventilation.
Al Rawabi is dense with shops, flats, shopping centres and mosques. Common entries and shared areas gather soot and grease faster than quiet residential zones. The flat itself may need odour and grease treatment from commercial activity below if it sits above a shop or restaurant.
Position between the port, industrial zone and heavy traffic routes means dark oily dust from diesel soot, which clings to fabrics, glass and surfaces with force that ordinary dust does not match. Coastal humidity adds mildew in bathrooms, making them a problem area in older housing.
Black oily dust clings stubbornly to high surfaces, so we clean ceilings and upper walls first with degreasers before water washing to avoid the grease spreading when moisture is applied.
Cement and plaster remnants here mix with oily soot, so we use degreasers first to release the solids, then scrape them off without the grease smearing across cleaned surfaces.
Glass and ceramic hold a thin black film of oily soot that water alone cannot remove, so we use specialist degreasers and rinse multiple times to clear all oily layers.
Paint spatter on smooth surfaces mingles with soot, requiring a greasy cleaner first to break the bond, then careful rinsing to remove all grease without leaving marks.
Stickers and adhesives here are harder because grease weakens adhesion unevenly, so we soften carefully and remove residue with specialist degreasers rather than scraping.
Ceramic and cement floors need repeated washing with degreasers and then thorough drying to prevent black oily residue from re-appearing as water evaporates.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Al Rawabi stretches along Old Makkah Road and Bin Laden Road, from Bin Laden Park in the northern section through to Al Rawabi Shopping Centre in the south.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rawabi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
