We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Jamiah is an established dense district north of Old Makkah Road, with apartment blocks, shops and restaurants packed around the busy Al Jamiah Roundabout. Each flat sits in a multi-storey building with shared entries, and traffic and commercial activity bring environmental dust quickly. The challenge is mixed: flats need shared entry and lobby treatment, and dust comes from main roads and constant foot traffic.
Flats in the blocks here need separate cleaning of the shared entry and lobby because continuous foot traffic brings new dust constantly. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
Al Jamiah is crowded with residents, cars and pedestrians. The main road is very close, and traffic brings road dust easily. Shared entries and lobbies gather dust and sand from every person entering. The individual flat faces the impact of constant movement from street to interior.
Flats here are relatively old, floors are often terrazzo or aged ceramic, and water pipes are old. Bathrooms and kitchens hold heavy scale built up over years, and rust marks appear on basins. Old water leaves white deposits on taps and drains that do not respond to ordinary cleaning.
Buildings here are tightly adjacent, gaps between them are narrow, and air does not circulate easily. Dampness and mildew develop faster. Flats may need anti-mould treatment in the bathroom and damp corners.
The district is crowded with tightly spaced older apartment blocks, and the main road is very close. Shared entries gather dust and sand quickly from pedestrian traffic. Surfaces facing the street get dirty faster than interior rooms because they catch direct impact from foot traffic and vehicle noise.
Dust from the main road clings to high surfaces, so we clean ceilings and upper walls first, then work downward toward lower areas and floors.
Cement and plaster remnants mix with road dust, so we use strong cleaning solutions, then scrape solid residue carefully without damage.
Glass and ceramic hold a thin film of dark road dust, so we use specialist cleaners and dry carefully to prevent streaks and marks.
Paint spatter mingles with road dust on smooth surfaces, requiring gentle cleaner first and multiple rinses with clean water.
Stickers on windows and doors are harder here because road dust oils the surface, so we soften carefully and remove residue with specialist solvents.
Terrazzo and aged ceramic floors need repeated washing with descaling solutions and complete drying to prevent scale deposits from re-appearing.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Apartment district: residential blocks, repeated floors and shared entrances
A flat in a multi-storey building means the unit is not standalone but part of a shared structure. Shared entries and lobbies affect the flat's cleanliness, and mildew develops easily in narrow bathrooms with poor air circulation.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Jamiah sits around the Al Jamiah Roundabout along Al Jamiah Road, with Andalusia Hospital Al Jamiah at the junction of Abdullah Sulaiman Street and Al Jamiah Road. Working here means entering from Al Jamiah Road around the roundabout and recognising closely packed buildings, knowing that Stadium Road bounds the district to the east and adds additional traffic volume to the surrounding streets.
We provide these in Al Jamiah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
