We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Nada is a small residential quarter east of Jeddah within the Taibah sub-municipality, part of a cluster of neighbouring districts with a simple popular character. Building here is slow and housing is basic, so dust settles gradually and foot traffic is low. Cleaning needs careful attention to remove dust from simple apartments where it clings easily and accumulates on basic floors.
Popular housing means basic floors and dust accumulates easily on everything without regular cleaning. For the method itself, see our guide to post-construction cleaning.
Al Nada is a popular quarter and apartments are basic with plain floors. Dust clings easily to ordinary ceramic and concrete and needs strong suction before washing.
Basic apartments may not have strong ventilation systems. Dust stays airborne longer and accumulates on surfaces slowly. We need continuous suction throughout our work.
Some Al Nada apartments may have old furniture from previous residents. We need extra care around older furniture to avoid damage.

Al Nada is a small quarter with basic apartments, so we start high with strong suction to remove airborne dust.
Cement remnants on plain ceramic need suction first before scraping so they do not spread.
Plain glass needs repeated washing until the dust layer completely disappears.
Paint overspray shows clearly on light ceramic. We remove it gently then wash.
Stickers on doors may leave sticky residue. We remove them very gently.
Basic floors are washed several times until they are completely clean before residents move in.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Nada lies east of Jeddah near the University of Jeddah road and Wadi Al Ghawla. When we approach the main road and especially near Wadi Al Ghawla, we know we are close to Al Nada and begin looking for the apartment.
We provide these in Al Nada too, and more than one can share a single visit.
