We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Manarat is newly built within the northward extension of Obhur Al Shamaliyah, and most plots here remain at the sale and development stage. Newly built homes sit surrounded by vacant land and ongoing site work. Construction dust from the house mixes with excavation dust and scattered grit from neighbouring sites. Cleaning must be thorough because external dust drifts back easily from the open land around each property.
Open neighbouring plots feed loose dust and grit into new homes far more easily than completed districts, so an initial cleaning does not remain fresh for long without additional site protection. For the method itself, see the full post-construction cleaning page.
Every new home is ringed by developing land and active excavations. Sand, gravel and dust from neighbouring work enter easily. Construction dust from the home itself mixes with this external dust and makes removal much harder.
Balconies and windows overlooking vacant plots face active site work and digging. Dust enters through these openings easily. Temporary sealing during cleaning may be necessary to keep external work out.
Some roads near the district are unmade and carry sand. Early residents and builders will track grit indoors from these roads. A thorough initial clean before first use is essential.
A residential district within the northern extension of Obhur Al Shamaliyah with residential land plots still at sale and development stage, served by roads linking it to Jeddah Madinah Road and coastal King Abdulaziz Road.
Open neighbouring land makes dust heavier, so suction from high points must be powerful and repeated to avoid dust settling back immediately.
Cement remnants mix with sand and grit from site work, so comprehensive sweeping and pre-scraping dust removal is essential before any wet cleaning.
Glass faces heavy dust from vacant plots, requiring strong washing and often external wiping as well to clear the accumulation.
Paint spatter mixed with small pebbles may resist removal and requires careful scraping to avoid floor damage beneath.
Stickers may be sand-covered and need preliminary external cleaning before solvent removal can work.
Floors need thorough sweeping and powerful suction first before washing to prevent grit from scratching surfaces during the wet phase.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
In Al Manarat, cleaning is routed through Jeddah Madinah Road and coastal King Abdulaziz Road, using these main thoroughfares to reach new homes and avoiding the sandy tracks and excavation routes that surround them.
We provide these in Al Manarat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
