We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Buhairat is a new development within Obhur Al Shamaliyah subdivisions in north Jeddah, where new homes stand among vacant plots and ongoing building on adjoining land. Construction continues in neighbouring areas, so dust returns within days, and cleaning is scheduled strategically to avoid redoing work immediately.
Vacant land between new homes sends fine sand on the wind, and homes near empty plots need a pre-move touchup because sand does not stop entering. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
The district is newly built and many plots remain vacant. Wind carries fine sand from these empty areas into occupied flats and villas, so construction dust mixes with wind-borne sand in a continuous cycle rather than a one-time problem.
Obhur Park and surrounding areas have seen successive building phases, and dust arrives from nearby construction sites, so cleaning may need a second pass within a week to handle the drift.
The municipality paved many internal streets, and straight wide roads make the wind faster and stronger, so sand enters under doors and through small gaps more rapidly than in sheltered older districts.
The district is part of Obhur Al Shamaliyah where Jeddah Municipality has asphalted internal streets totalling over twenty-one kilometres, and building is active on multiple adjoining plots.
Dust in Al Buhairat is very fine and settles fast, so we start from the highest interior shelves and work down through all wall surfaces.
Cement residue is light on new floors but mixed with sand, so we sweep before scraping to separate the materials.
New windows and frames are clean but haze deposits quickly, so cleaning them carefully prevents sand from entering easily later.
Paint spatter is light on new porcelain and lifts easily if tackled while fresh.
Labels on new doors remove gently without marking the finish.
Porcelain or marble floors in new homes are clean but need a final thorough rinse.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development in Al Buhairat means building continues around the home and empty land sends sand continuously. Cleaning is scheduled later to let dust settle, with a pre-move touchup because the wind will not stop sending sand after work is done.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Buhairat sits on Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road, which define the district's position. We reach individual homes via the internal paved streets built by the municipality, and coordinate work based on how close the house is to vacant plots.
We provide these in Al Buhairat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
