We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Noor is a relatively new district in north Jeddah, development started around 2020, blending varied sized apartments with contemporary villas in shared residential blocks. This means the builder dust comes from multiple sources: from inside each unit during its fit-out, and from street level shops in the ground floors of the same buildings.
Villas and flats here share the same streets, so dust returns quickly to a flat from ongoing movement in the shop below it and from the shared pathways connecting the blocks. For the method itself, see what post-construction cleaning involves.
A residential flat overlooking a ground floor shop gets additional dust from buyer traffic, merchandise handling, and open doors and windows for ventilation. Dust falls from the ceiling into the flat above while the shop below is still finishing, and this complicates scheduling and team size. The shared floor sits between two active build sites.
Villas surrounded by apartment blocks on all sides collect builder dust from neighbouring units even after the villa itself is complete. Shared walkways and flat roofs spread dust horizontally and vertically between units. Dust moves not just downward but sideways into neighbouring homes during neighbours' own fit-out work.
Abhor Mall and the two gardens bring heavy foot traffic and garden dust, and dust returns fast to villas and flats near these places. Scheduling must work around peak hours in the mall or after the gardens close. Residential areas next to commercial facilities collect ongoing disturbance long after the initial build.
Al Noor sits within Obhur Al Shamaliyah and includes a commercial mall and two public parks. It lies roughly half an hour from central Jeddah, and building work continues on the edges of the district.
Dust removed from the top down starts with shelves and high surfaces, because a flat above a shop collects dust from the movement below, and a villa surrounded by blocks collects neighbouring dust from all directions.
Cement and plaster residues concentrate on horizontal surfaces and corners, and in a flat above a shop there may be debris from the shop's own fit-out that fell through the shared ceiling or walls.
Glass and ceramic in the flat need special care because of dust from the shop below, and a villa hemmed in by blocks may need additional cleaning passes from outside before we clean the interior.
Paint spatter in new flats and villas in Al Noor sometimes includes overspray from ground floor shops, especially if shop and flat painting happened at overlapping times.
Stickers and adhesives on floors and walls we remove carefully because fresh cement underneath may still be drying, and moisture from the floor below or nearby gardens may affect how easily they lift.
Floors are washed last after all debris is cleared, the flat above a shop needs extra rinses because dust returns from shop movement, and the villa surrounded by blocks we check carefully to prevent new dust entering through open windows during the final wash.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed in Al Noor means a flat may sit directly above a commercial shop, so dust arrives from two directions: from inside the unit itself during its build, and from outside through shop activity and foot traffic.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Noor is positioned near Abhor Mall and Al Iman Park, and the work is scheduled based on team access from the main road through the mall, or entry via Al Iman Park depending on traffic flow, taking into account how activity at both landmarks affects our timing.
We provide these in Al Noor too, and more than one can share a single visit.
