We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Thaghr is a residential district in south Jeddah between the sea and heavy commercial roads, with villas and apartment buildings alongside Al Thaghr Model Schools and Al Thaghr Hospital. The dust here is not white and fine but dark and oily, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit. It clings hard to curtains and window sills and leaves black marks on light-coloured tiles.
The dust here is darker and much harder to remove than in northern districts, and coastal humidity adds a further layer of complexity. For the method itself, see the full post-construction cleaning page.
South Jeddah is full of heavy trucks and intensive commercial roads. Dust here is not fine cement but diesel soot mixed with workshop grit. It clings hard to glass, metal and curtains and does not lift with simple water spray.
Moisture from the nearby sea enters the building during construction. After finishing, bathrooms and wet areas show light mildew marks before residents move in. Cleaning must remove these traces.
Older homes in south Jeddah have plain cement or pale-coloured ceramic floors. Soot makes them look black quickly and washing alone is not enough for them to gleam again.
A district in south Jeddah between the sea and heavy transport routes, bounded by Old Makkah Road to the south, King Khalid Road to the west and Al Jamiah Road to the east, containing villas, apartment buildings and schools.
Al Thaghr is near the sea so dust here is dark and sooty. We start at the top with strong suction before any water cleaning.
Cement remnants here are mixed with soot. We scrape carefully so we do not spread soot throughout the apartment.
Glass and ceramic are covered with a black layer of oily soot. We wash it several times until it gleams completely.
Paint overspray here may be blackened by polluted air. We remove it carefully from glossy surfaces.
Stickers on doors may have stuck from moisture. We remove them very gently using a special solution.
Floors need repeated washing because soot is stubborn. We wash them several times until they are glossy and back to their original colour.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Al Thaghr lies in south Jeddah between Old Makkah Road and the coastal roads. When you are near Al Thaghr Hospital and Prince Majid Road which runs through the district, we know we have the right place and our team begins work on schedule.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Thaghr too, and more than one can share a single visit.
