We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Kilo 14 is an industrial zone on the Old Makkah Road at Jeddah's far southeastern edge, where car repair workshops and warehouses sit alongside dense working-class housing for migrant labourers. Water here dirties from workshop soot, engine grease and heavy metals, and pools may sit in a labourer's simple house or small guesthouse. We test first to understand what is actually needed.
Pools in Kilo 14 carry traces of oil and grease from the workshops, and water turns dark and smells off if not cleaned regularly. For the method itself, see what swimming pool cleaning involves.
Car repair shops nearby release lubricants and oils into the air and dust, reaching nearby pools. Grease floats on the water surface and clogs the filter fast. Water becomes coated with a shiny layer and develops an unpleasant smell. We remove grease first before any chemical treatment.
Heavy truck movement and workshop machinery raise fine soot and metal dust. Iron and copper particles enter the water, staining it black or brown. Metal sediment accumulates at the floor and needs careful vacuuming.
Worker housing next to workshops and truck traffic means water and air foul rapidly. Pools here may be small or in tight spaces, and the work requires understanding of difficult conditions and quick, practical solutions.
An area along the Old Makkah Road mixing car repair workshops and warehouses with a modern industrial complex and dense worker housing for migrants, with narrow internal streets, a popular market, and industrial dust and workshop particles in the air.
We test the water first in Kilo 14 and check for oil, grease or heavy metals before taking any other step.
Walls are scrubbed hard and we may use specialist cleaner to cut through oil, then wipe them clean.
The floor holds heavy metal residue, so we vacuum gently and test the water afterwards to see if metals have settled.
The skimmer and baskets may fill with oil and leaves, so we inspect and clean them thoroughly of grease and debris.
Filter backwashing may need several cycles because oil clings stubbornly, and we may use specialist cleaner on the filter media.
We test chemical balance after cleaning and treat the water to prevent oil and silt settling and re-coating surfaces quickly.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.
Industrial area: workshops, warehouses and loading yards
An industrial area means pools may be in small guesthouses or worker villas, and the work needs speed and practical solutions because conditions are harsh and maintenance may be neglected. We bring a versatile team who tackle oil, metals and heavy debris efficiently.
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.
The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Kilo 14 too, and more than one can share a single visit.
