We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Al Tilal is a simple residential district in east Jeddah, named after the hilly terrain of the area. Pools here sit in basic homes on higher ground, and the air is higher and drier than in low-lying districts. Treatment here is less complicated because humidity is lower.
Air here is less humid than coastal and low-lying districts, and chlorine is lost more slowly from the water than in very damp areas. For the method itself, see how we approach swimming pool cleaning.
The hills and elevated terrain mean drier air than low-lying districts near the sea. This means chlorine stays in the water longer. Algae grows more slowly. Treatment here is less complex than in damp zones.
The area is near Mareekh Mountains and valley zones, and wind carries dust from these natural features. But this dust is less oily and easier to manage than dust from main traffic roads.
The district is purely residential with no shops or restaurants beneath homes. This means water does not pick up cooking oils or commercial pollution. Treatment is simpler and water naturally stays cleaner.

Al Tilal water arrives relatively clean because it is a simple residential area, and initial testing reveals the chemical balance and load, which is usually less complex than other districts.
Pool walls collect light dust from the hills and surrounding area, and standard brushing is sufficient because deposits are less stubborn and lighter.
The pool floor holds light sediment in most cases, and normal vacuuming is adequate because the load is lower than in other areas.
The skimmer fills slowly because humidity is lower and algae grow slowly, and weekly inspection is usually enough.
Filter backwashing is less frequent here, weekly or every ten days, and does not need extended runtime.
Chemical balance needs weekly testing, but chlorine lasts longer and treatment is needed less often than in damp areas.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed district means some homes have shops in the ground floor while others are purely residential, but the mix here is much less dense than in commercial zones, and oils and pollutants reach the water but at much lower concentration than in areas like Al Sharafiyah.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
Access to pools in Al Tilal depends on knowing their position near Mareekh Mountains and the Haramain High Speed Railway, as these two landmarks define the exact geographic position of the district on the elevated terrain, and the team needs knowledge of surrounding areas because the district is spread across hilly ground.
We provide these in Al Tilal too, and more than one can share a single visit.
