We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Al Rawasi is a simple residential district in east Jeddah within the city's built up area, with relatively newer residential streets and a light residential character. Close to Mareekh Mountains and Wadi Al Qaws means humidity varies and dust is coarser than in the city proper. Pools here are typically small and simple, but water is affected by moisture from the valleys and fine dust from excavations around houses.
Pools here are relatively small and simple, water retains higher moisture than areas far from valleys, and black mould spots appear on walls very quickly. For the method itself, see the full swimming pool cleaning page.
Al Rawasi is close to Mareekh Mountains and Wadi Al Qaws: the air is damper and the ground holds moisture after rain. Simple pools here retain damp water and mould appears fast on walls.
The district is relatively new and streets may still have excavations and incomplete drainage work. Fine dust and sand from digging enters the pool quickly and water may stay cloudy.
The district has a basic residential character: filters may be standard duty and not powerful. Water pressure may be weak and the skimmer may not operate efficiently. Testing on day one reveals the truth.
A residential district in east Jeddah close to the hills and valley belt, where humidity shifts with proximity to the wadi, and the ground may stay damp after rare rainfall.
Water from wells near wadis may carry minerals and high humidity, so testing first checks salinity and moisture levels: if high, we may need partial water change before dosing starts.
Walls in simple houses get mould fast because humidity is constantly high. Moderate brushing and precise pH testing prevents mould from returning quickly.
Vacuuming may find fine dust and sediment deposits: moderate suction rather than force is better because fine sand can disperse into the water column.
The skimmer may not work efficiently: thorough cleaning and pressure testing is necessary, and we may need to clean the piping inside.
The filter clogs fast: strong backwashing is essential and we may need to repeat the wash. We test pressure afterward to confirm improvement.
After dosing we walk with you and explain: the moisture from location will persist but regular testing and a strong filter solve the problems.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Houses in Al Rawasi are mixed: some are slightly older and others newer. Different pipes and filter ages mean each house needs individual testing. Moisture from the wadis may affect the foundation, so we recommend regular checks for leaks in the structure.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Rawasi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
