We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Al Rabiyah is a residential subdivision at the far southern edge of Jeddah on relatively raised ground, a brand new scheme with villas and apartments on sale and construction still active. Pools here are few and very new, needing precise chemical adjustment because fresh water, heat and bare ground surrounding the area create special challenges.
Most pools here are at very early stages of use, owners do not know what to expect, and water needs special treatment before it is safe to swim. For the method itself, see our swimming pool cleaning service in detail.
Al Rabiyah is far from the centre and sits on raised ground, so heat is higher and scattered construction means building sites near pools. Construction dust and debris add to contamination load, and rapid evaporation raises salt quickly.
Undeveloped land surrounds the neighbourhood widely, so sand and earth blow readily with the wind. Pools are hemmed by emptiness, so pollutants enter from every direction, and vacuuming and filtration demand strength.
Most pools here are very recently built and initial water may have unusual composition. First testing may reveal severe imbalance, and partial or complete draining may be needed before the first swim is safe.
The district is remote in the south with raised land and scattered building, surrounded by extensive bare ground, so sand and earth enter pools from all directions rapidly.
Testing weekly then every ten days is essential because heat, construction and rapid evaporation shift balance quickly.
Early brushing focuses on removing construction dust and coarse sand rather than algae which has not yet appeared.
Vacuuming the floor is frequent because sand and earth from the extensive bare ground settles rapidly.
Cleaning skimmer and baskets daily or every two days because construction dust and debris from bare ground enter the water heavily.
Filter backwashing weekly at first because contamination load is very heavy due to construction and bare ground.
Chemical balance adjustment needs daily or every-other-day monitoring because rapid evaporation and pollutants shift water extremely quickly.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
Brand new pools in a brand new remote district need intensive maintenance and frequent testing in the first weeks and months, especially with heat and surrounding bare ground.
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.
The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
Reaching pools in Al Rabiyah is via Al Lith Road, the Ring Road or Jeddah Axial Road. The area is remote but these main routes make locations identifiable and accessible.
We provide these in Al Rabiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
