We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Al Furusiyah is a new-build district in north east Jeddah surrounded by ongoing construction and vacant plots, where the dry desert air and coarse dust are the defining features. Construction activity around the area constantly raises the dust load, and water here needs strong filtration and frequent testing to stay clear.
The air is very dry and the dust coarser than the coast, entering under doors and windows and settling on every surface overnight. Summer temperatures run five degrees higher here than on the waterfront, which accelerates algae growth and water loss. For the method itself, see our swimming pool cleaning service in detail.
Construction vehicles, excavation work and strong winds blow sand and ground dust into courtyards daily. This dust is heavy and coarse, not fine powder, so it settles fast on the pool floor and makes regular vacuuming essential.
Rapid evaporation in the dry climate concentrates salts and minerals in the water. Chlorine off gases faster here than in coastal areas, so testing must happen every two or three days rather than weekly.
Temperatures here run higher than coastal areas and speed microbial reproduction. Even adequate chlorine levels do not prevent algae starting on walls quickly in summer, requiring more frequent brushing.
A new district in north east Jeddah around the equestrian club, bounded by Asfan Road to the north and Al Furusiyah Street to the west, with recent villas and apartment blocks standing among wide plots still under construction.
Water testing must be frequent because heat and rapid evaporation shift the chemical balance quickly and substantially.
Wall and waterline brushing must be frequent because high heat speeds algae growth and dust deposits accumulate fast.
Pool floor vacuuming should be weekly or more often because construction dust is heavy and coarse and settles rapidly.
Skimmer and baskets need regular cleaning because winds bring dust constantly and fine particles fill them quickly.
Filter backwash may be needed weekly or every ten days because the dust load from active construction is heavy.
Chemical balance changes fast from heat, evaporation and dust, so testing and adjustment may be needed every two days.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.
Al Furusiyah is bounded by Asfan Road on the north and Al Furusiyah Street on the west, both serving as main access routes to pools throughout the district. The Al Furusiyah Equestrian Club is a clear reference point that helps identify courtyard locations and pool positions.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Furusiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
