We treat the source, not the sighting
Spraying what walks across the floor is the common mistake we're called in to fix.

Quwaizah is one of Jeddah's oldest districts in the east, a mixed area with flats above shops surrounded by valleys and hills. Open ground and damp soil from nearby Wadi Al Qaws provide a continuous insect source. Treatment here focuses on sealing entry points from the hills and valleys.
The nearby valleys provide constant moisture, and the insects that arrive from those water sources are species different from those in districts far from ground water. Treatment here requires understanding of valley and moisture-loving insect species. For the method itself, see what pest control involves.
Wadi Al Qaws and the surrounding Mareekh Mountains provide an ideal natural habitat for insects. These insects move to nearby homes seeking food, water and shelter. The distance between the valley and your home is very short, and insects cross it nightly.
Soil around the home is damp because of the valley's proximity and high water table. This moisture strongly attracts insects and provides them an ideal environment to live and breed. Old foundations allow this moisture to seep in, creating damp voids inside the home.
Foundations in Quwaizah are very old with many deep irregular cracks. These cracks provide direct routes from outside to inside. Insects from the valleys use these cracks to reach the home, and surface treatment alone is insufficient.
A very old district on the edge of valleys and hills, ancient foundations, flats and villas mixed with commercial axes, soil around homes damp from proximity to the valleys and high water table.
Inspection focuses on foundation cracks on the valley-facing side, moisture around the home and trails from outside. Insect species here differ because the valleys provide a completely different environment from dry districts.
Entry from the valleys is very obvious: cracks in valley-facing foundations, gaps under doors and windows, and trails on the ground. Entry from the street in front is possible but not primary.
Cracks in the valley-facing foundations are very deep and numerous. Treatment requires injecting material very deeply into these cracks, sometimes treating the soil around the external foundation to adequate depth.
Moisture from the valleys is very high and permanent. Drying may be difficult, but treating damp zones and sealing moist voids increases effectiveness. Drainage around the home on the valley side is very important.
Baits are placed around foundations on the valley side, deep in cracks and gaps between stones, and under doors and windows from outside. Interior baits go in dark corners and voids.
Follow-up is essential every two months minimum because the source is continuous. Seasonal treatment alone may be insufficient here; regular scheduled follow-up is essential for population control.
Droppings, damage and where they appear tell us the pest and roughly where it's nesting.
Gaps around pipes, thresholds and vents are the supply line.
Product goes into voids, cracks and the runways they use, not the open floor.
In the spaces spray can't reach, bait does the work, carried back to reach the nest and the ones that never surface.
Closing the easy entry points turns a constant re-supply into a closed problem, so the treatment isn't fighting a fresh wave every week.
Before leaving we walk the home with you and show you what was treated.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Ants, cockroaches and rodents each need different products and placements.
If what you have is a one-off that doesn't need treating, or a structural issue for a builder, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we show you what was treated, and we stand behind it within the agreed cover.
Treatment access at Quwaizah is organised around Wadi Al Qaws which bounds the district on one side and Mareekh Mountains on the other; these two natural features define which entry points to seal and from which directions insects approach the homes most actively.
We provide these in Quwaizah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
