We treat the source, not the sighting
Spraying what walks across the floor is the common mistake we're called in to fix.

Kinanah is a small old district in east Jeddah near valleys and hills, a mixed area with flats above shops. Ancient foundations, damp soil from nearby Wadi Al Qaws and a high water table create ideal conditions for insects. Treatment here focuses on deep-reaching foundation sealing and managing constant moisture.
The high water table here is very obvious from the constant dampness in bathrooms, kitchens and dark corners. Insects do not only arrive from outside but live in the foundations and surrounding soil. For the method itself, see how we approach pest control.
Foundations in Kinanah are very old with deep cracks that connect between homes. Insects nest in these cracks; thousands may live beneath a single home. Surface treatment cannot reach them, and populations persist in the depths.
The water table is very high here, and the nearby valleys supply constant moisture. This seeps into foundations and floors, creating permanent dampness. Bathrooms and kitchens show obvious high moisture and musty smell.
Ground-floor shops are old and store food without modern hygiene. Waste and rubbish pile up, attracting insects. Insects live around these stockpiles and climb from the shops into the flats above through openings and pipes.
A very old district with weak foundations, cracked damp cement floors, old commercial axes, flats above shops, and very damp soil from proximity to the valleys.
Inspection focuses on foundations, deep cracks and moisture levels. Multiple insect species are present because the old environment provides very varied shelters. Survey must include bathrooms, kitchens, the shop below if access is possible, and dark corners.
Entry from outside is possible but not primary. Entry from shops and neighbouring homes through connected foundations is primary. Entry from nearby valleys through doors, windows and cracks is secondary but present.
Foundation cracks are deep, numerous and connect between homes. Treatment requires deep injection into all these cracks, sometimes requiring minor opening of the floor surface to ensure deep penetration.
Moisture is permanent and cannot be fully removed. Treating damp zones and drying before application increases effectiveness, but moisture will return. Bathrooms, kitchens and dark corners require special attention.
Baits are placed in cracks, dark corners, gaps under cupboards and around pipes internally. Externally, baits are placed around foundations and exposed cracks. In the shop, baits go around food storage and the internal ceiling.
Follow-up is essential: monthly or every two months minimum. Ancient foundations and constant moisture harbour insects; follow-up is not optional but necessary for control.
Droppings, damage and where they appear tell us the pest and roughly where it's nesting.
Gaps around pipes, thresholds and vents are the supply line.
Product goes into voids, cracks and the runways they use, not the open floor.
In the spaces spray can't reach, bait does the work, carried back to reach the nest and the ones that never surface.
Closing the easy entry points turns a constant re-supply into a closed problem, so the treatment isn't fighting a fresh wave every week.
Before leaving we walk the home with you and show you what was treated.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Ants, cockroaches and rodents each need different products and placements.
If what you have is a one-off that doesn't need treating, or a structural issue for a builder, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we show you what was treated, and we stand behind it within the agreed cover.
Treatment organisation at Kinanah relates to Wadi Al Qaws and Mareekh Mountains which surround the district, defining the main pathways where insects arrive and the directions where external sealing must be strongest for effective control.
We provide these in Kinanah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
