We treat the source, not the sighting
Spraying what walks across the floor is the common mistake we're called in to fix.

Al Muntazahat is a mixed district stretching along the Old Makkah Road in south eastern Jeddah, where villas, apartment blocks and commercial storefronts face the main road. The road is old and carries heavy traffic with high dust and pollution. Insects enter from the road and shops into flats and villas that occupy mixed buildings, making treatment complex.
In Al Muntazahat, insects are highest on commercial frontages facing the road directly, but they easily enter the villas and apartments behind and above them. For the method itself, see what pest control involves.
Old Makkah Road carries heavy traffic and high dust and pollution levels. Trucks, buses and cars deliver insects and grime continuously. Commercial frontages receive this dust first, then it transfers to villas and flats above and behind.
Shops, villas and flats are adjacent or in the same plot. Piping is shared and openings are close. Insects enter from the road into the shop, then travel to the flat above or the villa beside it.
The park provides green, damp space. Insects shelter in it and enter neighbouring homes. Monitoring must focus on the park and openings around it.
A district along Old Makkah Road in south eastern Jeddah with villas, apartment blocks and commercial frontages. It neighbours Al Adl, Al Farouq and Al Fadl, and houses Al Muntazahat Park, a health centre, state schools and mosques.
We inspect the shop, flat and villa together if they adjoin, because insects come from the road and park and move freely between units.
We track insects from the road and park via shared piping and openings into flats and villas.
We seal gaps and openings between ground and upper floors carefully to preserve ventilation.
We focus on commercial frontages and areas closest to the road and park.
We place baits along shared cracks and openings and around Al Muntazahat Park.
We monitor every three weeks because the road and park are permanent insect sources.
Droppings, damage and where they appear tell us the pest and roughly where it's nesting.
Gaps around pipes, thresholds and vents are the supply line.
Product goes into voids, cracks and the runways they use, not the open floor.
In the spaces spray can't reach, bait does the work, carried back to reach the nest and the ones that never surface.
Closing the easy entry points turns a constant re-supply into a closed problem, so the treatment isn't fighting a fresh wave every week.
Before leaving we walk the home with you and show you what was treated.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Ants, cockroaches and rodents each need different products and placements.
If what you have is a one-off that doesn't need treating, or a structural issue for a builder, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we show you what was treated, and we stand behind it within the agreed cover.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Muntazahat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
