We treat the source, not the sighting
Spraying what walks across the floor is the common mistake we're called in to fix.

Al Worood is a mixed residential district between King Fahd Road and Prince Majid Road, built on the site of the old airport with villas and mixed residential and commercial blocks along busy commercial streets. The elevated ground and pipework left from the old airport period affects how insects enter and establish in homes here.
Villas here face higher risk of insect entry from underground utilities than other districts, because early buildings may not have foundations as tight as the newest construction on the site. For the method itself, see the full pest control page.
The district was built on an old airport site, and old pipes and voids beneath the surface may not be fully sealed. These underground voids and pathways provide routes for insects to enter from outside the district into villas and buildings.
Ground floor shops and flats above mean cooking moisture and debris from the busy street reach the residential space. Insects from the commercial street enter shops easily and then climb to flats through shared pipework.
Pipes and drains from different eras mean some infrastructure dates from the airport period and some is modern. This creates multiple pathways and openings that may not be obvious from inspecting the house surface alone.
The district borders Al Naseem to the east and Bani Malik to the north, with mixed-age infrastructure: part from the old airport era and part newer. Underground drains and utilities from different periods provide multiple pathways for insects to travel and enter.
Inspect the villa, surrounding ground and gaps around the foundation, tracing possible routes from underground utilities and drains. Built on old airport land means non-obvious voids may provide entry pathways.
Entry sources may come from underground pipework or from shops if the villa neighbours a commercial block. Tracking requires understanding the underground utility map and the old airport history of the site.
Cracks and gaps around the foundation, windows and doors permit insects from below to enter. Treatment includes sealing these gaps with suitable materials after cleaning out debris and grease.
Underground drains and pipes may carry slight leaks, which insects follow toward the building. Baits are placed around the perimeter and at all points where pipes enter the structure.
Baits are placed around the villa perimeter, around foundation gaps, windows and doors, and in the garden if it is an entry source. Focus is on movement routes from underground toward the building.
Follow-up checks gaps around the foundation, pipes, windows and doors to confirm no new entry routes, and treatment is repeated if insects reappear entering from the underground networks.
Droppings, damage and where they appear tell us the pest and roughly where it's nesting.
Gaps around pipes, thresholds and vents are the supply line.
Product goes into voids, cracks and the runways they use, not the open floor.
In the spaces spray can't reach, bait does the work, carried back to reach the nest and the ones that never surface.
Closing the easy entry points turns a constant re-supply into a closed problem, so the treatment isn't fighting a fresh wave every week.
Before leaving we walk the home with you and show you what was treated.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Ants, cockroaches and rodents each need different products and placements.
If what you have is a one-off that doesn't need treating, or a structural issue for a builder, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we show you what was treated, and we stand behind it within the agreed cover.
Al Worood lies between Al Habbash Mosque to the east and King Fahd Road to the south, reached via Prince Majid Road from the east or Abdullah Sulaiman Street from the north.
We provide these in Al Worood too, and more than one can share a single visit.
