We treat the source, not the sighting
Spraying what walks across the floor is the common mistake we're called in to fix.

Al Shati is a major coastal district on the Corniche where hotels and residential compounds stand on the seafront. Humidity is very high and insects enter through seaside cracks and seawater drains. The external pressure from the sea is relentless throughout the year. In high-rise hotels and apartment blocks, vertical pipe runs carry moisture from top to bottom, and restaurants on the ground floor feed insect populations that climb into residences above.
In Al Shati we find insect populations concentrated on lower floors and hotel restaurants where moisture and food waste are abundant, creating constant breeding grounds that feed populations climbing upward. For the method itself, see what pest control involves.
Residential and hotel towers on the Corniche have very long vertical pipe runs carrying moisture and water from upper to lower floors, and these pathways are ideal for insects to move and breed vertically through the entire building.
Hotels contain large restaurants and kitchens with abundant food waste and warm water, concentrating insects in huge numbers there. They then migrate to residential flats above via shared pipes and chases, creating an internal pressure that external treatment alone cannot control.
Direct seafront facades mean salt and moisture enter every crack in outer walls, weakening natural barriers and opening easy entry routes for coastal insects that thrive in the damp salt environment.
The district sits on the Corniche with tall hotel and apartment towers and multi-storey residential buildings, meaning long vertical pipe runs and shared drains that carry high moisture from the sea into the heart of the building.
Inspection of a Corniche flat begins at windows and seafront facades and drains because high coastal moisture raises the likelihood of insects entering from the sea side.
Entry points in hotel towers are complex: gaps between electrical cables and pipes and vertical runs carrying heat and water from lower floors where restaurants and kitchens are located.
Cracks around seafront window frames and external facades need special treatment because salt weakens them continuously, creating recurring entry points.
Drains and shared vertical pipes in the tower are the highway for insects from restaurants to flats; we treat them with products formulated for wet pipe environments.
Baits are placed along vertical pipe runs and gaps and damp corners where insects migrate between floors seeking food and water.
Follow-up of Corniche hotel towers is very frequent, every three weeks minimum, because external sources and restaurant operations are continuous.
Droppings, damage and where they appear tell us the pest and roughly where it's nesting.
Gaps around pipes, thresholds and vents are the supply line.
Product goes into voids, cracks and the runways they use, not the open floor.
In the spaces spray can't reach, bait does the work, carried back to reach the nest and the ones that never surface.
Closing the easy entry points turns a constant re-supply into a closed problem, so the treatment isn't fighting a fresh wave every week.
Before leaving we walk the home with you and show you what was treated.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Ants, cockroaches and rodents each need different products and placements.
If what you have is a one-off that doesn't need treating, or a structural issue for a builder, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we show you what was treated, and we stand behind it within the agreed cover.
Coastal area: high humidity and salt air through the year
The dense coastal character means insects here are fed by multiple sources: the sea, salt and moisture from outside, and restaurants, hotels and food waste from inside. Treatment alone is not enough; we must coordinate with building and hotel management to close sources.
We provide these in Al Shati too, and more than one can share a single visit.
