We treat the source, not the sighting
Spraying what walks across the floor is the common mistake we're called in to fix.

Al Rahmah is a new residential plan in south Jeddah laid out on flat open ground inland from the coast, along Al Lith Road. Villa plots are being constructed gradually among stretches of vacant land. Several internal streets are still unpaved and services are incomplete. These damp vacant plots provide ideal conditions for insects that enter the new villa from day one.
In Al Rahmah, vacant land beside new villas is the largest insect source, particularly after dry periods when rain begins and ground saturation starts. For the method itself, see our pest control service in detail.
Empty land between villas and across the scheme holds water, rubbish and damp soil. This environment provides food, water and shelter for insects. A new villa next to vacant land faces mounting insect pressure from its first day.
Internal streets still unpaved remain wet and trap soil and debris. These streets provide safe passages for insects moving from vacant plots toward the villas.
The plan is still under development and services incomplete. This instability means insect sources are constantly changing as construction proceeds and vacant plots evolve.
Al Rahmah is a residential subdivision in south Jeddah on flat land away from the coast, along Al Lith Road. Villa plots are being built incrementally; some internal streets remain unpaved and services are still being established.
We inspect the villa and adjoining vacant plots and unpaved streets, because sources are external, not inside the villa.
We track insects from vacant land and wet streets through cracks and openings in the foundation into the villa.
We seal foundation gaps and openings but leave monitoring points to confirm insects are entering from outside.
We focus on moisture zones: the villa foundation, corners and areas receiving moisture from streets and vacant plots.
We place baits along the foundation, cracks, damp areas and new openings.
We monitor weekly initially, then every two weeks, then monthly as streets improve and services develop.
Droppings, damage and where they appear tell us the pest and roughly where it's nesting.
Gaps around pipes, thresholds and vents are the supply line.
Product goes into voids, cracks and the runways they use, not the open floor.
In the spaces spray can't reach, bait does the work, carried back to reach the nest and the ones that never surface.
Closing the easy entry points turns a constant re-supply into a closed problem, so the treatment isn't fighting a fresh wave every week.
Before leaving we walk the home with you and show you what was treated.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
In Al Rahmah the new villa is surrounded by damp vacant plots, unpaved streets and incomplete services. Insects do not originate inside the villa but from the unstable external environment. Treatment requires intensive monitoring from the first weeks because the new villa is attractive to insects from its developing surroundings.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Ants, cockroaches and rodents each need different products and placements.
If what you have is a one-off that doesn't need treating, or a structural issue for a builder, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we show you what was treated, and we stand behind it within the agreed cover.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rahmah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
