We treat the source, not the sighting
Spraying what walks across the floor is the common mistake we're called in to fix.

Al Quraiyat is an old popular district in south Jeddah with high density housing and ageing apartment blocks between Al Thaalibah and the Nazlah quarters. Moisture from the nearby coast and old drainage systems create cavities and deposits in pipes. Insects move easily through shared lobbies, stairwells and the gaps between flats. Mould and damp in corners provide ideal breeding conditions for rapid population growth.
In Al Quraiyat, shared stairwells and lobbies retain moisture and mould, and lower floor flats are most affected by the damp rising from corroded old pipework below. For the method itself, see our pest control service in detail.
Shared lobbies, narrow stairs and dark corners provide ideal insect shelter. Moisture collects in corners and voids, and insects rest there before climbing into the flats above via shared risers and cavities.
Old metal pipes and rust create small gaps around the risers. Lime scale and mould create permanent damp conditions, and insects multiply rapidly in the moisture and food sources this creates.
South Jeddah lies close to the sea and heavy goods routes, and humidity is high. Central drainage may seep slightly in lower floor voids, and moisture rises from beneath floors to settle in bathrooms and kitchens.
An old densely populated district with ageing apartment blocks, old pipework and drains, and coastal moisture that settles in lower floor voids and corners where standing water collects.
In Al Quraiyat we inspect the flat, shared lobby, stairs and cavities in party walls for insects, eggs and mould. Lower flats and damp corners receive priority attention.
We track entry from the street, through the shared lobby, up the stairs and through party wall cavities from neighbouring flats. Rising moisture from floor voids may also attract insects.
We treat cracks around risers and pipes in the kitchen, bathroom and damp corners, paying particular attention to party wall cavities around corroded old metal risers and rust marks.
Old drains, lime scale and mould create permanent damp in corners. We inspect beneath floors around drain outlets in the bathroom and kitchen and in the cavities around corroded metal pipework.
We place bait stations in shared lobbies, on stairwells, in damp corners and around drains and risers. Insects travel along walls and through shared building cavities.
We establish an intensive follow-up plan suited to the old densely packed district, focusing on shared lobbies, stairs and cavities between flats, and we recommend regular ventilation and reducing moisture wherever possible.
Droppings, damage and where they appear tell us the pest and roughly where it's nesting.
Gaps around pipes, thresholds and vents are the supply line.
Product goes into voids, cracks and the runways they use, not the open floor.
In the spaces spray can't reach, bait does the work, carried back to reach the nest and the ones that never surface.
Closing the easy entry points turns a constant re-supply into a closed problem, so the treatment isn't fighting a fresh wave every week.
Before leaving we walk the home with you and show you what was treated.
Al Quraiyat lies between the College of Telecommunications and Electronics and King Khalid Road, where we reach your apartment blocks from these main routes while treating insects from the shared lobbies, stairs and cavities between flats that link them throughout the dense district.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Ants, cockroaches and rodents each need different products and placements.
If what you have is a one-off that doesn't need treating, or a structural issue for a builder, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we show you what was treated, and we stand behind it within the agreed cover.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Quraiyat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
