We treat the source, not the sighting
Spraying what walks across the floor is the common mistake we're called in to fix.

Al Nuzhah is a busy northern residential area where villas and flats are interwoven with Sultan bin Salman Street's commercial activity. Main roads carry fine black dust from traffic, and the shops nearby send moisture and food particles up into the flats above them. Insects here are varied and entry routes are numerous. Treatment must account for this density and mixing of uses.
Fine black dust from main roads settles on surfaces and curtains quickly. Flats here need more frequent cleaning than quieter areas to maintain standards. For the method itself, see our guide to pest control.
Fine black dust from traffic clings to curtains and carpets and settles in gaps. This dust attracts insects powerfully and provides them with both food and refuge.
Shops, restaurants and warehouses along the street around Al Nuzhah provide permanent insect sources. Insects move easily from shops to the flats above via shared walls and voids.
Villas and flats are intermingled and shops occupy the ground floors of residential buildings, creating many entry points and shared voids between different units.
A northern district of Jeddah close to the airport, between King Fahd Road and Prince Majid Road, with Sultan bin Salman Street as its busy commercial axis.
Inspection focuses on cracks around windows, doors and the shared walls with the shop below, plus gaps around drains and pipes throughout the flat.
The source may be in the shop directly below, in shared voids between floors, or in exterior walls facing the road where dust accumulates.
Cracks and gaps need deep treatment because the black dust protects hideouts and obscures entry points.
Drains, taps and damp areas in kitchen and bathroom are priority zones because moisture from below attracts insects migrating upward from the shop.
Baits are placed densely on interior and exterior flat walls, along every void between the flat and shop, and along horizontal gaps between floor levels.
Weekly or fortnightly follow-up visits are necessary initially because of pressure from the road and shops, and continuous coordination with shop occupants is essential.
Droppings, damage and where they appear tell us the pest and roughly where it's nesting.
Gaps around pipes, thresholds and vents are the supply line.
Product goes into voids, cracks and the runways they use, not the open floor.
In the spaces spray can't reach, bait does the work, carried back to reach the nest and the ones that never surface.
Closing the easy entry points turns a constant re-supply into a closed problem, so the treatment isn't fighting a fresh wave every week.
Before leaving we walk the home with you and show you what was treated.
Al Nuzhah extends along Sultan bin Salman Street as its commercial spine, bounded by King Fahd Road to the west and Prince Majid Road to the south. Mall of Arabia lies near the district centre, and the Sixtieth Street junction marks its eastern edge. Treatment is organised around these main road axes and the entry points they provide to residential units.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Ants, cockroaches and rodents each need different products and placements.
If what you have is a one-off that doesn't need treating, or a structural issue for a builder, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we show you what was treated, and we stand behind it within the agreed cover.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Nuzhah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
