We treat the source, not the sighting
Spraying what walks across the floor is the common mistake we're called in to fix.

Al Marwah is a comparatively recent district in northern Jeddah between Prince Majid Road and Al Nuzhah Road, with newer villas and apartments. The district has developed well and construction is mostly complete, but mixed building quality and proximity to older areas means insects may arrive from nearby routes. Treatment here is more balanced than in brand-new areas, but requires continuous monitoring because sources may come from outside the district.
Construction is largely complete in most parts of the district. Newer villas and flats are better protected than areas still under heavy development. For the method itself, see the full pest control page.
Al Safa and Al Rabwah next door have older buildings and may harbour established colonies. Insects move from these older districts into newer Al Marwah.
Prince Majid Road and Al Nuzhah Road provide easy routes for insect travel. Insects use these roads to move between districts.
Villas and flats are mixed, and some are slightly older than others. This variation may leave gaps in protection that insects can exploit.
A relatively new district in north Jeddah between Prince Majid Road and Al Nuzhah Road, with newer villas and apartments, bordering Al Safa and Al Rabwah.
Inspection focuses on boundaries with neighbouring districts and main roads, and on cracks around windows and doors facing the roads.
The source may come from older neighbouring districts or from main roads, or may be within the district in areas where construction is not yet complete.
Cracks and gaps need targeted treatment especially around district boundaries and main roads.
Gardens, watering and exterior areas may provide moisture that attracts insects from outside.
Baits are placed on boundaries with neighbouring districts and along main roads and shared routes.
Monthly follow-up is standard here. If we see activity from outside we may increase to fortnightly visits.
Droppings, damage and where they appear tell us the pest and roughly where it's nesting.
Gaps around pipes, thresholds and vents are the supply line.
Product goes into voids, cracks and the runways they use, not the open floor.
In the spaces spray can't reach, bait does the work, carried back to reach the nest and the ones that never surface.
Closing the easy entry points turns a constant re-supply into a closed problem, so the treatment isn't fighting a fresh wave every week.
Before leaving we walk the home with you and show you what was treated.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Ants, cockroaches and rodents each need different products and placements.
If what you have is a one-off that doesn't need treating, or a structural issue for a builder, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we show you what was treated, and we stand behind it within the agreed cover.
Al Marwah extends between Prince Majid Road to the south and Al Nuzhah Road to the east, with Prince Majid Park near the district centre and main road junctions nearby. Treatment accounts for the fact that insects may arrive from these axes and roads from neighbouring areas.
We provide these in Al Marwah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
