We treat the source, not the sighting
Spraying what walks across the floor is the common mistake we're called in to fix.

Al Hindawiyah is an old crowded quarter beside Jeddah Islamic Port dating from the nineteenth century, with very high population density and over two hundred shops crammed into a small area, old buildings with apartments above and shops below. Its age, density, port location and main street have made treating it entirely different from modern districts.
This old quarter has very narrow streets, shops and homes are tightly packed, and the nearby port brings high humidity and salt and fish smell. For the method itself, see our guide to pest control.
Al Hindawiyah is one of the oldest and densest districts, lanes are extremely narrow and buildings are tall and touching. Over two hundred shops in a small area means an enormous food balance for insects to exploit.
Buildings in Al Hindawiyah are almost ancient, and horizontal and vertical pipes are very old and shared between units. Gaps around these pipes are deep, old and extremely hard to seal without damaging the structure.
Jeddah Islamic Port so close brings very high saline humidity and heavy dust from loading and unloading. This mix of moisture and dirty dust creates an ideal environment for insects.
Al Hindawiyah is an old quarter near Jeddah Islamic Port on Port Street, divided by Al Dhahab Street also called Abdullah Hashim Street into a section facing the port and a popular inland section, with Zawiyat Al Hunud Mosque and Umar ibn Al Khattab Mosque.
Al Hindawiyah is very old with multiple pest types from port, shops and humidity.
Main sources are old pipes, shops, saline humidity from port, not simple cracks.
Gaps here are deep and ancient, and sealing some risks structural damage to the buildings.
Humidity here is higher than any other Jeddah district, from port, sea and damp pipework.
Baiting in shared passages, lobbies and streets matters more than inside flats because movement is external.
Follow-up is difficult and very long-term because sources are multiple and damp is continuous.
Droppings, damage and where they appear tell us the pest and roughly where it's nesting.
Gaps around pipes, thresholds and vents are the supply line.
Product goes into voids, cracks and the runways they use, not the open floor.
In the spaces spray can't reach, bait does the work, carried back to reach the nest and the ones that never surface.
Closing the easy entry points turns a constant re-supply into a closed problem, so the treatment isn't fighting a fresh wave every week.
Before leaving we walk the home with you and show you what was treated.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Ants, cockroaches and rodents each need different products and placements.
If what you have is a one-off that doesn't need treating, or a structural issue for a builder, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we show you what was treated, and we stand behind it within the agreed cover.
Al Hindawiyah is defined by its proximity to Jeddah Islamic Port on one hand and Port Street which runs alongside it on the other. Work there begins from the main street and spreads into the narrow alleys, and movement between shops and flats requires coordination with building stewards and merchants.
We provide these in Al Hindawiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
