We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Um Al Salam is a mixed district in south east Jeddah on the Old Makkah Road, with shops and popular housing in low rise residential streets serving as a route for heavy lorries to Makkah. The air is drier and the dust darker than on the coast. Roof tank water leaves grey sediment in every basin and bath. Cleaning the empty home first removes the settled dust and trapped moisture.
The older low rise homes here carry sand settled in every corner and the plain cement floors darken where coarse dust is walked in and sticks fast. For the method itself, see how we approach move-in and move-out cleaning.
Dust from the open ground and hills east of Jeddah is coarser than coastal dust. It grips hard onto marble, ceramic and glass. Ceramic floors darken where the dust clings. Cleaning breaks this grip before it becomes permanent.
Water from the roof tanks carries minerals and dissolved salts. These deposits leave a grey film on baths, basins and sinks. Early cleaning removes this sediment before it becomes a permanent stain on every wet surface.
The street level shops and heavy lorry traffic release odours that penetrate curtains and stored fabrics. Humidity loads these smells into every fibre. Cleaning opens the drains and removes heavy odours before new furniture arrives and traps them again.
An east Jeddah neighbourhood distant from the sea and close to open ground and hills beyond the ring roads. Situated on the Old Makkah Road and heavy goods routes heading to Makkah. Air is drier and dust is coarser than coastal areas.
Cabinets in this mixed district carry coarse dust and mineral buildup from the water, and must be cleaned inside and out completely to prevent odours returning when fabrics are stored.
The older kitchen needs sediment and stuck dust removed from around the sink and behind the appliances where minerals from roof tank water and airborne grit build up.
Bathrooms need the grey sediment from water stains and trapped mould from humidity removed completely, with drains opened fully to release trapped odours.
Plain cement and ceramic floors carry coarse dust that grips hard and needs careful cleaning before the final mop, so the real colour is seen beneath.
Windows and drains need coarse dust and grey sediment from cloudy water removed so tracks move freely and no mineral film blocks the light.
Doors, switches and light fittings carry embedded dust and odours from the street and shops, needing full cleaning to remove smells before new residents move in.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed district means shops and a busy street run directly past the homes. Dust, odours and moisture flow in from outside constantly. Cleaning opens the home but the street will keep sending dust and smells.
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.
We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Um Al Salam too, and more than one can share a single visit.
