We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Tilal is a simple residential district in east Jeddah near the hills and valleys that give it its name, meaning "the hills". The district is mixed with small flats and ground-floor shops. Dust from the open ground and hills enters easily. Move-out cleaning needs understanding that tight spaces and shops beneath flats mean moisture and odours rise quickly.
The district is modest with small flats and small shops directly below them. Dust from the hills and valleys enters from every side. Leaks from the floor below and moisture from shops may rise quickly. For the method itself, see our move-in and move-out cleaning service in detail.
A modest mixed quarter with small flats and small shops. The flat may sit above a barber, grocer or café. Smells and moisture rise from below. Cleaning must address gaps and cracks linking the two floors.
The district sits near hills, valleys and open ground. Dust is coarse and dry and enters windows easily. Floors and furniture trap dust easily. An empty flat needs repeated sweeping so dust does not settle.
The flat may be old with rusty pipes and visible pipework. Leaks may come from the shop below or from the pipes themselves. Walls around kitchen and bathroom may be damp.
A residential district in east Jeddah within the built-up area east of the city near the hills and valley belt, one of the simple residential character quarters with local residential streets.
Small cupboards may feel damp or carry dust. We open them carefully and wipe inside and out with mild cleaners.
The small kitchen and old cooker may have grit and dust. We inspect around cooker, oven and tap and wipe gently.
The cramped bathroom may be damp from below or from old pipes. We wipe with mild cleaners and try to remove scale.
Floors are old tile and may hold dust and gravel. We sweep first then wipe gently with warm water.
Windows and tracks may be tight and dusty. We open carefully and wipe glass and frames gently.
Doors, switches and light fittings may be old. We wipe gently inside and out with mild cleaners.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed district with small shops beneath the flats means odours and moisture may rise from below. Cleaning removes what is there now, but an empty flat may need sustained ventilation and regular checks so odours and moisture do not return quickly.

We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
Flats in Al Tilal are scattered near Mareekh Mountains, Wadi Al Qaws and the Haramain High Speed Railway, simple quarters in east Jeddah. Work is organised around the flat's position and the local streets serving it.
We provide these in Al Tilal too, and more than one can share a single visit.
