We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Rawasi is a simple residential district in east Jeddah within the built-up area extending away from the coast, near hills and valleys. The air here is drier than the coast but the dust is coarser and paler, settling quickly on every surface. Move-out cleaning here requires understanding that an empty home will keep receiving east dust even with windows closed.
Air is dry and dust is coarse and grey. It creeps in under doors before dawn and settles on every flat surface. Sofas, mattresses and curtains grow heavy from accumulated dust. Ceramic and marble scratch easily from grit unless swept before wiping. For the method itself, see our move-in and move-out cleaning service in detail.
East Jeddah lies far from the sea and close to hills and open ground. Air is drier and dust is coarser and paler than the coast. It creeps under doors and windows and settles on every surface rapidly. Sofas, mattresses and curtains trap dust easily.
Roof tank water and old pipework leave grey sediment and black lines in basins and sinks. Fine sand and gravel enter water and leave marks in pipes. Cleaning needs special treatment for sediment and lines.
Ceramic and marble floors scratch easily from fine gravel if not swept before washing. An empty home needs repeated sweeping before final cleaning. The first wash may leave sand streaks on the floor.

Cupboards may have grey dust marks on surfaces and in corners. We wipe inside and out carefully to remove fine dust from cracks.
The kitchen may have fine gravel around the cooker, oven and tap. We sweep first then wipe carefully with no high pressure.
The bathroom may have grey lines in basins and sinks from sediment. We wipe with mild cleaners and try to remove the lines gently.
Floors need repeated sweeping before washing. Fine gravel must be removed completely so it does not scratch ceramic or marble.
Windows and tracks may hold gravel and sand. We open tracks and wipe glass several times, and tracks need careful sweeping.
Doors, switches and light fittings may carry dust marks. We wipe them inside and out gently.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed district with ground-floor shops means the home may sit above a small shop or business. Dust may come from the street and the shop below. An empty home needs sustained ventilation and regular sweeping so coarse east dust does not accumulate.

We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Rawasi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
