We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Muntazah is a dense apartment block district on the eastern edge of Briman sub-municipality, with narrow corridors and repeated floors and shared entrances. Cleaning here differs because the older damp flat traps mould from sealed corridors and dust from the narrow internal streets, and what remains hidden before moving in stays trapped under appliances and carpets for years.
Most flats in Al Muntazah are older with worn floors, and the narrow corridors between blocks trap moisture so mould and musty smells appear quickly. For the method itself, see the full move-in and move-out cleaning page.
Al Muntazah has densely packed blocks with very narrow passages between buildings, and moisture stays trapped there year-round. Mould spreads from an infected flat to its neighbour through shared walls. Our cleaning removes visible surface mould, but structural dampness needs a specialist in damp-proofing and moisture treatment.
Internal streets are narrow and surfaces are worn, and cars and debris raise thick dust that enters every flat. Ceramic floors absorb this damp dust and hold it stubbornly. Cleaning before occupancy must focus on grout lines and corners where dirt embeds.
A rented flat may have housed workers for a full year, and smell and residue cling to walls and fabrics. Cleaning before occupancy must reach walls, floors and corners. Cleaning after occupancy leaves old smells hidden under furniture.
The district sits on the eastern edge of Briman sub-municipality, bounded by Hada Al Sham Road to the north and Muawiyah Al Sulami Street to the west, mostly low rise apartment buildings let to workers with shops on ground floors and internal streets that are narrow with worn surfaces.
Cabinets and shelves retain mould odour from sealed corridor humidity, and manual cleaning reveals deep residue inside.
The small kitchen collects cooking vapours from dense building residents, and missing or broken extractor fans leave cooking smells in walls.
The narrow damp bathroom traps moisture and mould appears quickly on sealant and tiles.
Old ceramic tile floors hold damp embedded dirt in grout lines from the narrow external passages.
Small sealed windows do not ventilate trapped moisture, so cleaning inside and out only temporarily reduces odours.
Corroded metal doors and old locks need careful cleaning to remove rust and mould deposits.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.

We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
Al Muntazah sits along Hada Al Sham Road to the north and Muawiyah Al Sulami Street to the west, overlooking Wadi Al Asla to the east which borders Al Ajwad. Most of our blocks occupy the central zones away from the valley.
We provide these in Al Muntazah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
