We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Mursalat is a residential district in the far southeastern corner of Jeddah near the boundary with Bahrah, where apartment blocks predominate and flats are widely offered for rent and sale. An empty home here is a flat in a block, and the oily dust from diesel and workshops penetrates walls and floors. Humidity from the nearby coast causes mould in bathrooms and kitchens. Cleaning focuses on removing grease, mould and roof tank sediment from every corner of the flat.
The district is mostly apartment buildings and flats, so an empty home here is a flat in a block and needs cleaning different from a villa, and oily dust and dark particles cling to cabinets and walls. For the method itself, see the full move-in and move-out cleaning page.
A flat in a block may have a shared entrance, corridors and shared stairs with other residents, so cleaning focuses on the flat itself, but access through shared areas affects team movement and equipment handling.
The district is close to port and workshops, so oily diesel dust rises with heat and clings to walls, cabinets and windows. Cleaning must use strong treatment to remove this oily film completely.
A flat needs water from the roof tank, and sediment from the tank leaves a grey film in basins. Humidity from the sea causes mould in bathrooms, and cleaning must remove all of this together.

Cabinets in flats trap cooking grease and dark dust; we open them fully and remove the dark layer from inside and out.
The kitchen needs cleaning of grease and tank sediment, and sinks and floors are treated with special care.
Bathrooms need specialist treatment to remove grey sediment from the tank and mould from dampness on walls.
Ceramic floors are cleaned of dark dust and sediment and may need extra effort to remove the dark layer.
Windows and tracks are cleared of accumulated oily dust, and glass is treated to remove the dark film until completely clear.
Doors, switches and light fittings are wiped clear of grease and dark dust so operation becomes smooth again.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.

We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Mursalat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
