We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Bashaer is a new district in north Jeddah on the Asfan ring road, with new villas and apartment buildings among rest houses and subdivisions still under construction. Construction dust and fine sand from surrounding land enter easily, and new marble floors are soft and need careful sweeping before washing. New materials release strong odours requiring good ventilation.
New villas and apartments need specialist cleaning for heavy construction dust, and sand from surrounding land enters rapidly before homes are fully occupied. For the method itself, see what move-in and move-out cleaning involves.
New homes contain heavy dust and gravel from building work, requiring careful sweeping before washing to avoid scratching soft new marble.
Al Bashaer is surrounded by vacant plots and building sites, so sand enters easily under doors and windows and clings to new floors before they have been sealed.
New villas and apartments contain fresh paint and new building materials with powerful smells. Good ventilation is needed to allow odours to escape.
A new district in north Jeddah on the Asfan ring road, with recently built villas and apartment buildings beside rest houses and subdivisions still under construction. Al Furusiyah Road sits to the east, Taybah to the west, Al Falah to the south and Al Rahmaniyah to the south east.
New cabinets and wardrobes need internal cleaning to remove construction dust and protective stickers, with shelves potentially bearing adhesive marks.
The new kitchen requires removal of protective wrappings and stickers from appliances before first use.
New bathrooms need gentle cleaning to remove stickers and dust, with new taps and mirrors requiring specialist care.
New marble floors need careful sweeping followed by gentle washing in lukewarm water, never hot, which leaves marks on fresh stone.
New windows need cleaning of protective film and paint splashes, with tracks and screens needing special attention.
New doors, switches and light fittings need gentle cleaning of construction dust and stickers, with thorough drying before use.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.
Al Bashaer is distributed along the Asfan Ring Road and Al Furusiyah Road between Al Bashair Mosque and Al Fursan Mosque, and our team reaches villas and apartments efficiently from these main road reference points.

We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Bashaer too, and more than one can share a single visit.
