We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Zahra is a mixed district with shops at street level and homes directly above them, so cooking fumes, smoke and heavy dust rise from the street into the flats. Mattresses absorb this polluted air rising from below far faster than homes in quiet areas, and they need deep cleaning that reaches the layers where odours and particles cling and lodge.
Flats above shops in this district receive polluted air from cooking fats, heavy perfumes and smoke, and mattresses retain the smell of the street unless cleaned very thoroughly with the right method. For the method itself, see our mattress cleaning service in detail.
In flats overlooking busy commercial streets, polluted air from restaurants, shops and showrooms rises directly into the flat. Particles of cooking fat, perfume and smoke enter through open bedroom windows during sleep and work into the foam and fabres, accumulating and creating a stale musty smell that will not shift.
Tightly packed flats and little outdoor space in this mixed district mean poor air circulation and stagnant indoor air. The mattress dries slowly after cleaning because moisture stays trapped in the flat, and odours return quickly unless the inner layers are treated properly and the air can flow through completely.
King Abdulaziz Road is a busy main artery, and fine black dust from vehicle exhausts rises with street air into the flat. This oily dust clings to mattress fabric and does not yield to ordinary vacuuming; it needs deep extraction with special handling to prevent the particles spreading deeper.
The district lies in north western Jeddah on King Abdulaziz Road between Al Salamah and Al Nahdah, with high commercial density including hospitals, university and hotels packed into a limited space.
Mattresses in Al Zahra flats are mixed types and fabrics, with some modern flats having gel mattresses and others foam. Fabric checking is important because thin or delicate covers can be damaged by hot water.
Deep dry vacuum takes longer here because of oily dust and heavy particles. Multiple passes over the surface, then reaching the edge and sides where soot collects, are needed to lift what ordinary vacuuming misses.
Stains from soot and oils are treated with a product that breaks down oily particles before extraction, and time and care matter more than force to avoid damaging the fabric.
Surface cleaning is followed by strong wet extraction reaching under the edge from both sides of the mattress to pull dirty water loaded with soot and grease.
Water extraction is critical here; the team re-extracts multiple times because oily contaminants return quickly if any moisture remains in the core.
Sanitising and ventilation are essential here, and drying needs very aggressive ventilation and fully open windows despite the polluted air outside, so trapped polluted air inside the mattress can escape.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
In a mixed district like Al Zahra, the flat above the shop receives street air directly, so mattress fabric retains cooking and smoke smells much more than detached homes, requiring deeper treatment than vacuum alone can manage.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
In Al Zahra the team arrives via King Abdulaziz Road main axis and Hira Street, and work takes place in flats positioned between Al Zahra Hospital and the Saudi German Hospital, where residential and commercial density is highest.
We provide these in Al Zahra too, and more than one can share a single visit.
